Abstract

Pengelolaan air limbah di lembaga pendidikan keagamaan berperan krusial dalam memastikan tercapainya standar sanitasi aman. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja sistem pengolahan air limbah pada tujuh pondok pesantren di Kota Palu melalui kombinasi pendekatan kuisioner kepada santri dan pengurus, inspeksi lapangan terhadap infrastruktur sanitasi, serta analisis laboratorium terhadap kualitas efluen. Data persepsi diolah menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil pengujian laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa seluruh parameter kualitas efluen—termasuk TSS, BOD, COD, pH, minyak dan lemak, serta amoniak—berada dalam rentang baku mutu yang dipersyaratkan Permen LHK No. P.68/2016, mengindikasikan bahwa IPAL beroperasi secara efektif. Temuan observasi mengungkap bahwa sebagian besar pesantren memiliki kinerja pengelolaan yang baik hingga sangat baik; namun sejumlah aspek seperti pemeliharaan fasilitas, kecukupan jumlah WC, dan pencatatan operasi IPAL masih menunjukkan celah yang perlu diperbaiki. Analisis kuisioner menunjukkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di kalangan santri berada pada kategori baik, meskipun tingkat konsistensinya masih bervariasi. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya penambahan fasilitas sanitasi sesuai rasio santri, peningkatan kapasitas atau modifikasi IPAL untuk mengantisipasi pertumbuhan populasi, serta penguatan mekanisme operasi dan pemeliharaan melalui pencatatan rutin. Dukungan monitoring dari instansi terkait menjadi faktor penting untuk menjamin keberlanjutan pengelolaan air limbah di lingkungan pendidikan keagamaan.

Abstract

The Donggala Fish Landing Port (PPI) in Central Sulawesi, located in Labuan Bajo Village, Banawa District, Donggala Regency, suffered damage from the 2018 earthquake and tsunami that affected Palu, Donggala, and surrounding areas, necessitating repairs. This study aims to determine wave heights at PPI Donggala and predict future wave occurrences using the Gumbel and Weibull methods. The analysis uses secondary data, specifically hourly wind data from PPI Donggala. The significant wave height (Hs) was 0.98 meters with a significant wave period (Ts) of 4.74 seconds in 2017, occurring in the north. For the Gumbel method, wave heights for return periods were: 0.802 meters for 2 years, 0.894 meters for 5 years, 0.954 meters for 10 years, 1.031 meters for 25 years, 1.088 meters for 50 years, and 1.145 meters for 100 years. Using the Weibull method, wave heights were 0.778 meters for 2 years, 0.872 meters for 5 years, 0.943 meters for 10 years, 1.037 meters for 25 years, 1.108 meters for 50 years, and 1.179 meters for 100 years. The comparison of the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) values between the Gumbel and Weibull methods yielded an identical value of 1.110 meters, indicating that both methods are equally accurate for this analysis. This study provides essential data for planning and repairing the Donggala Fish Landing Port's dock facilities to withstand future wave conditions.

Abstract

Abrasion beach is one of the coastal area problems that can influence changes in coastal areas and lowering quality ecosystem coast . Mangroves have function important as green belt natural that plays a role in dampen energy waves , holding back sediment , and helps guard coastal area stability . Research This aim analyze role mangrove cover and density in mitigation abrasion beach in Kabonga Besar Village , Regency Donggala . Research use approach descriptive-quantitative based drone imagery and systems Information Geographic Information System (GIS). Research results show that wide mangrove cover reaches 1.1 hectares and is still form belt green natural in the area coastal areas . The mangrove density level is classified as Good with an average of 2,233 individuals /ha. Changes in the highest tide limit show three point experience accretion with EPR values are 1.62 m/ year , 0.29 m/ year , and 1.04 m/ year , while One point experience abrasion of -0.72 m/ year . Condition the indicates that the coastal area of Kabonga Besar Village tends to relatively stable , although potential abrasion Still found at the location certain . In particular Overall , mangrove cover and density contribute in support coastal area stability as well as help reduce potential abrasion .
