Abstract

In this paper, the researcher examines how the BRICS can break the global hegemony of the United States Dollar (USD) and the future of establishing a common currency. The paper is concerned with economic and political reasons behind the initiative, the viability of such a project, and its larger implications in the world context. The study applies a qualitative, comparative and analytical design to use secondary materials such as scholarly research, policy documents and foreign financial information. The Eurozone and de-dollarization in Russia and China are also the case studies that may be viewed as providing comparative information. Results indicate that dissatisfaction with dollar hegemony is increasing especially among emerging economies that are considering it as an instrument of vulnerability to external shocks and sanctions. The BRICS members also seek to cut on the use of USD by encouraging the local currencies trade, creating systems of payment and discussing a common currency. Nonetheless, the project has major challenges such as economic heterogeneity, leadership asymmetry, poor institutions, and lack of credibility. This paper concludes that although a BRICS common currency is still a distant dream, current efforts already portend a slow transition to financial multipolarity. This adds to the world discussions of currency power and brings about the possibility of a more pluralistic world monetary system.

Abstract

International companies face complex and uncertain environments that require financial and credit control practices to ensure organizational stability, and leadership plays a pivotal role in determining these financial and credit management practices. This study employs a qualitative systematic literature review and thematic analysis to explore the relationship between leadership and financial governance, credit risk management, and organizational stability. This study synthesizes theoretical and empirical literature grounded in leadership theory, agency theory, and risk management theory to identify leadership dimensions that support organizational resilience. The results show six key themes: strategic financial vision, credit risk governance, adaptive leadership, ethical leadership, and embedding risk management in financial decision-making. The analysis implies that leadership is a governance tool that synchronizes financial systems, credit policies, and strategic goals in various regulatory and cultural contexts. This study is original in that it offers a qualitative analysis of leadership's role in international companies' financial governance and credit management practices, which provides a different view from previous studies. It also provides useful managerial insights for managers who want to build the financial strength and long-term sustainability of their organizations.

Abstract

The research study investigates how transgender people were treated in both the time of Prophet Muhammad and contemporary Pakistan which has led to major transformations in social responses and legal systems and religious doctrinal perspectives. Linking to research findings shows early Islamic society recognized and respected mukhannathun transgender people but modern Pakistan includes legal progress alongside continued social discrimination against transgender groups. The analysis of transgender rights reveals how religious beliefs interact with cultural heritage as well as modern lawmaking regarding transgender people's rights protection. Islamic principles of justice and compassion form the basis of inclusivity but social prejudices alongside historical changes have led to marginalization. Through the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018 Pakistan has achieved legal recognition but social acceptance and legal recognition exist in significant tension with one another. This study entails multiple constraints which affect its effectiveness. The study of the Prophetic era depends mostly on scarce textual evidence which receives varied interpretations through different Islamic scholarly positions. The contemporary issues which transgender individuals in Pakistan experience are changing and need further research for understanding how legal changes specifically affect their everyday life. The research adds value to present transgender rights scholarship through its analysis of Islamic perspectives at different historical periods. The study performs a comprehensive analysis of transgender rights interactions between Prophet Muhammad's time and present-day Pakistan through documented comparative examinations. Future scholarly attention should adapt towards examining how Pakistani transgender rights can become practical while exploring religious scholar involvement and government decision making in creating inclusive Pakistan. Research that examines transgender rights approaches inside Muslim-majority nations will give important insights regarding Islamic perspectives on transgender matters.

Abstract

with personal mentorship as traditional learning methods. The swift technological progress has dramatically reshaped Islamic learning because it created extensive educational accessibility through digital platform usage together with remote Video classes and Artificial Intelligence educational resources. The research investigates how digital education affects Islamic learning while reviewing its present state along with its future perspective and associated hurdles. Research data collection relies heavily on qualitative techniques that utilize literature reviews combined with studies of prominent digital Islamic learning platforms which include Bayyinah Institute, Al-Maghrib Institute, Seekers Guidance and Islamic Online University. The research analyses the levels of credibility and accessibility while also evaluating engagement factors between digital learning in Islam versus traditional classroom techniques. The existing body of research about Islamic education still leaves a huge space to understand how digital learning affects students in multiple dimensions including their commitment and scholar authenticity when paired with their access to technology in disadvantaged communities. The research on conventional learning structures prevails over studies investigating the impact of online education in the existing academic field. The research establishes a bridge by performing an extensive evaluation of digital Islamic education benefits and weaknesses. Research takes place because digital education platforms have become essential for religious instruction particularly when used by Muslim minorities residing outside Muslim countries and self-directed learners who need flexible learning options. Investing knowledge into the effects these digital tools possess on religious education and scholarly communication will determine upcoming educational guidelines. The research demonstrates that virtual platforms bring many benefits to students, yet students must contend with issues of authenticity and insufficient mentorship along with ideological problems. Combining traditional madrasa education with digital methods creates the best learning system to preserve academic depth of traditional Islamic education through new technological resources. Research adds to academic knowledge by demonstrating the necessity to develop better authentication systems alongside increased digital education skills and joint ventures between traditional Islamic centres and virtual learning environments. Experts should research how digital Islamic education affects individuals psychologically and socially throughout time and how AI technology impacts the customization of Islamic religious content.

Abstract

The article focuses on the critical analysis of how digital media mediate the activities involving engagement with the Quran and how it changes the religious literacy in modern Southeast Asia. The scholarship of the study on digital religion, interdisciplinary scholarship in Islamic studies, and the theory of religious literacy analyzes the impacts of mobile Qur'an applications, social media platforms, and online educational initiatives on the transformation of Quranic access, interpretation, as well as authority. The paper constructs a multidimensional system of digital Quranic religious literacy, including textual, interpretive, ethical, and authority-related competencies through a qualitative/critical analytical method using secondary literature. The study shows that digital mediation has contrasting literacy results, which are influenced by platform logic, institutional regulation, language, and local culture, using a comparative analysis of Indonesia and Malaysia. Even though digital media provide opportunities for increased accessibility and informal and lifelong Quranic education, particularly among young people, they bring about chances of fragmentation, insufficient engagement, and inadequate scholarly mediation. It should be reflected in the article that digital transformation does not displace classical Islamic epistemology and does not presuppose a rise of literacy, but, on the contrary, one must integrate pedagogies, govern ethically, and find a new interpretive responsibility. The research has a theoretical and regional contribution to the discourse on digital religion and education in Islam and religious authority.
