Abstract

Equal access to education remains a key challenge in the development of human resources at the regional level. Asahan Regency is home to a variety of formal and non-formal educational institutions spread across multiple districts. However, the distribution data of these institutions is still fragmented and not yet integrated into a centralized system. This study aims to map the locations of formal and non-formal schools registered under the Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in Asahan Regency using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. The developed system presents spatial information through an interactive digital map that helps the public locate schools according to their needs and supports the local government in planning equitable distribution of educational facilities. In addition, the system includes a feature that allows school administrators to upload administrative documents digitally, thereby streamlining the registration process at the Public Service Mall. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that GIS implementation effectively provides accurate visualizations of school distribution patterns and helps identify areas lacking in educational facilities. The system also enhances the efficiency of the administrative process for school licensing.

Abstract

Abstract: Toko Zuma faces challenges in optimizing customer relationship management and transaction recording due to conventional manual systems, which hinder real-time loyalty monitoring and sales analysis. This research aims to design a digital Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) system as an integrative solution for systematic and centralized management. The design method employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) for requirements analysis, user interface design, and Black-box Testing for validation. Results demonstrate a 100% success rate across all primary modules. The platform features Point Reward, automated transaction management, and live chat for direct interaction. Implementation enables personalized promotional strategies based on accurate data to increase customer retention. In conclusion, the Digital E-CRM system effectively automates business processes, serving as a strategic instrument for transparent and measurable customer relationship management. Abstrak: Toko Zuma menghadapi kendala dalam optimalisasi manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan pencatatan transaksi karena masih menggunakan sistem manual konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) digital sebagai solusi integratif untuk pengelolaan basis data dan transaksi secara terpusat. Metode perancangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), desain antarmuka, dan validasi fungsional melalui Black-box Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada seluruh modul utama. Platform ini dilengkapi fitur Point Reward, manajemen transaksi otomatis, dan media interaksi live chat. Implementasi sistem ini memungkinkan strategi promosi personal berdasarkan data akurat untuk meningkatkan retensi pelanggan. Simpulannya, sistem E-CRM digital berhasil mengotomatisasi proses bisnis dan menjadi instrumen strategis dalam manajemen hubungan pelanggan yang transparan dan terukur. Abstract

Abstract: Advances in digital technology have presented new challenges in the public education process, particularly regarding the availability and accessibility of learning materials. To address this, the implementation of web-based self-paced learning methods is an effective solution that allows people to learn flexibly and independently. Furthermore, the microlearning approach, which presents material in small, focused units, has been proven to improve user retention and understanding of learning content. This community service program aims to facilitate public access to digital learning through a web platform designed using a microlearning approach. The target audience includes the general public with diverse educational backgrounds, from both productive and non-productive age groups. The main challenges faced are low digital literacy, limited access to easy-to-understand educational content, and limited time for the community to participate in conventional training. The activities were carried out through outreach methods, direct training, and mentoring in the use of microlearning-based digital learning platforms. The results of the activities showed an increase in community understanding and skills in utilizing digital learning technology independently. Furthermore, this activity resulted in a microlearning-based educational platform that can be used sustainably to support community learning.            Keywords: digital literacy, self-paced learning, microlearning, web-based learning  Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi digital telah menghadirkan tantangan baru dalam proses edukasi masyarakat, terutama terkait ketersediaan dan aksesibilitas materi pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penerapan metode self-paced learning berbasis web menjadi solusi efektif yang memungkinkan masyarakat belajar secara fleksibel dan mandiri. Selain itu, pendekatan microlearning yang menyajikan materi dalam unit kecil dan terfokus terbukti mampu meningkatkan retensi serta pemahaman pengguna terhadap konten pembelajaran. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam mengakses pembelajaran digital melalui platform web yang dirancang menggunakan pendekatan microlearning. Sasaran kegiatan ini mencakup masyarakat umum dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam, baik dari kelompok usia produktif maupun non-produktif. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya literasi digital, terbatasnya akses terhadap konten edukatif yang mudah dipahami, serta keterbatasan waktu masyarakat dalam mengikuti pelatihan konvensional. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi, pelatihan langsung, dan pendampingan penggunaan platform pembelajaran digital berbasis microlearning. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran digital secara mandiri. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan platform edukatif berbasis microlearning yang dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pembelajaran masyarakat. Kata kunci: literasi digital, self-paced learning, microlearning, pembelajaran berbasis web
