Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi digital serta efektivitas komunikasi dan informasi bagi anggota Komite RA Al Fariq melalui pemanfaatan media sosial. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya pemahaman anggota komite dalam menggunakan media sosial secara tepat, kurangnya tata kelola komunikasi digital, serta keterlambatan penyebaran informasi. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, tim pelaksana mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial, meliputi literasi digital dasar, manajemen grup komunikasi, etika berinteraksi, serta penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pemanfaatan media sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 20 peserta yang terdiri dari guru dan perwakilan komite. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran digital, yang dibuktikan dengan kenaikan rata-rata skor post-test lebih dari 50% dibandingkan pre-test. Selain itu, komunikasi internal komite menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan terbentuknya grup WhatsApp resmi sebagai saluran utama koordinasi. Peserta juga mulai memanfaatkan platform lain seperti Facebook dan Instagram untuk memperluas jangkauan informasi sekolah. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil memperkuat peran media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi dan informasi, tetapi juga membentuk budaya digital yang lebih bijak, produktif, dan beretika di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Kementrian Agama di Kota Medan merupakan salah satu kementerian yang mempunyai peran dankontribusi penting. kadang kala menemukan berbagai macam permasalahan sehingga perlu diimbangi dengan meningkatkan sistem yang ada. Sistem yang terdapat di Kementerian Agama KotaMedan masih manual dan terkesan memerlukan proses yang lama, Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini,maka dilakukan perbaikan dengan membuat suatu rancangan sistem informasi pada kegiatan mutasiberbasis Web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah rancangan sistem informasipengajuan surat mutasi. Dalam penelitian ini Model yang digunakan merupakan produk dariperangkat lunak model waterfall, penelitian dilakukan melalui proses observasi langsung ke tempat,wawancara dengan petugas yang memproses pengajuan mutasi, kemudian dari hasil tersebut akandigambarkan ke dalam bentuk diagram alur proses, diagram alir data dan setelahnyadirepresentasikan dalam bentuk desain desain antarmuka pengguna. Dari hasil penelitian inididapatlah sebuah rancangan desain antarmuka pengguna untuk sistem informasi pengajuan suratmutasi pada kementerian Agama kota medan, dengan sistem online petugas akan lebih menghematwaktu dalam mengolah data, menghemat tempat dalam penyimpanan data dan memudahkan dalampencarian data siswa mutasi, yang dapat dijadikan bahan masukan atau rujukan bagi pihak terkait.

Abstract

Currently, the data registration procedure required by the North Sumatra Provincial General Election Commission is still done traditionally. Therefore, all legislative candidates from political parties must directly provide the required data in document format or written sheets. As a solution to this problem, it is recommended that an application be used to check and register the data required by the North Sumatra Provincial General Election Commission. This application uses the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and the waterfall method will be applied to computerize the process, making it faster and more accurate. The design of this application consists of two elements: the North Sumatra Provincial General Election Commission administrator, who handles the checking and filtering of the required data for each legislative candidate, and the political party administrator, who inputs the data for the legislative candidate. The implementation of this application is expected to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support transparency in the legislative candidate registration process.

Abstract

Equal access to education remains a key challenge in the development of human resources at the regional level. Asahan Regency is home to a variety of formal and non-formal educational institutions spread across multiple districts. However, the distribution data of these institutions is still fragmented and not yet integrated into a centralized system. This study aims to map the locations of formal and non-formal schools registered under the Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in Asahan Regency using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. The developed system presents spatial information through an interactive digital map that helps the public locate schools according to their needs and supports the local government in planning equitable distribution of educational facilities. In addition, the system includes a feature that allows school administrators to upload administrative documents digitally, thereby streamlining the registration process at the Public Service Mall. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that GIS implementation effectively provides accurate visualizations of school distribution patterns and helps identify areas lacking in educational facilities. The system also enhances the efficiency of the administrative process for school licensing.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly influenced the business landscape, pushing traditional businesses to adopt digital platforms to reach broader markets. This research focuses on the design and development of an online sales system (e-commerce) for Coffe ShopSipirok, a coffee shop looking to expand its market presence through a dedicated website. The e-commerce system is designed to enhance customer convenience, streamline purchasing processes, and provide detailed product information, ultimately aiming to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The development process includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing to ensure the website meets user needs and functions efficiently. The website features a user-friendly interface, secure payment gateway, and a responsive design adaptable to various devices. The implementation of this system not only improves the accessibility of Coffe Shop Sipirok's products but also positions the business competitively within the digital marketplace. Future work will involve continuous system upgrades and integration with advanced features such as customer feedback mechanisms and data analytics to further optimize the online shopping experience.
