The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of teacher social competence, organizational culture, and teacher discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of elementary school teachers in Cisauk District. The approach in this study used an associative quantitative research method. The study population was 135 elementary school teachers spread across 9 schools. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 101 respondents. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had passed validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques consisted of descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant partial influence between Teacher Social Competence on Teacher Performance (t count 34.426 > t table 1.984), Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance (t count 20.531 > t table 1.984), and Teacher Discipline on Teacher Performance (t count 20.541 > t table 1.984). Simultaneously, Teacher Social Competence, Organizational Culture, and Teacher Discipline have a significant effect on Teacher Performance with an Fcount value of 630.710 > Ftable 2.70 and a significance value of <0.001. The Determination Coefficient (r2) value of 0.951 indicates that the three variables together contribute 95.1% to the variation in Teacher Performance, while the remaining 4.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. This indicates that the synergy between good interpersonal skills, a healthy organizational culture, and high discipline is the main key in optimizing teacher performance.
