This study aims to analyze efforts to improve teacher performance through transactional leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction in private junior high schools in Setu District, South Tangerang City. The study employs a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The population includes all teachers of private junior high schools in the area, with samples selected through proportional random sampling. The research instrument consists of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, and the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that partially, Transactional Leadership Style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Motivation (X2) also shows a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Job Satisfaction (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing reveals that Transactional Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction collectively have a significant effect on Teacher Performance (X1; X2; X3 = 0.000; 0.000; 0.000 < 0.05).
