Abstract

The low level of business legality ownership among MSMEs in Curahmalang Village has limited their access to empowerment and financing programs. This community service activity aimed to build legal business identity through the registration of Business Identification Numbers (NIB). The methods included initial identification and education of MSME actors, technical assistance in registering through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, and coordination and formal distribution of NIB documents at the village hall. The results indicate an increase in the number of MSMEs obtaining NIB as well as improved awareness and understanding of business legality. Qualitatively, the activity enhanced digital literacy and self-confidence among MSME actors. Therefore, direct and participatory assistance proved effective in accelerating business formalization and strengthening the village’s economic foundation sustainably.

Abstract

Operational efficiency is a key factor in the freight forwarding service industry, especially in ensuring the timeliness of goods delivery. This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resources, Service Quality, and Technology Utilization on the Operational Efficiency of J&T Express Brangkal Mojokerto Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with causal associative methods. The research population is all employees of J&T Express Brangkal Mojokerto totaling 42 people, with sampling techniques using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that Human Resources, Service Quality, and Technology Utilization had a positive and significant effect on Operational Efficiency both partially and simultaneously. Among the three variables, Human Resources had the most dominant influence on Operational Efficiency. These findings indicate that improving competence, discipline, service quality, and optimizing the use of technology can improve the timeliness of delivery. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of operational management and become a practical consideration for expedition companies in improving operational efficiency.
