Abstract

This research was to know the effect of human resource competence (HR) on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Cooperative of Enrekang Regency. HR competence is the independent variable in this study and employee performance is the dependent variable. The type of research used is quantitative. The population as well as the research sample were 33 employees of the Industry and Trade Cooperative of Enrekang Regency. The data collection technique was carried out through a Likert scale-based questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. The results showed that HR competence had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a determination efficiency value (R Square) of 54.7%, while the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

ObjectiveThis research aims to determine the role of the principal's leadership towards the work motivation of honorary teachers at SMK KARTIKA XX-I Makassar. This research uses a qualitative research method.The informants in the research the principal and 2 honorary teachers at SMK KARTIKA XX-I.Technique data collection methods used include interviews, observations, and documentation.The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis qualitative.The research results show that the role of the principal's leadership the school fulfills its role as an educator, manager, supervisor, and motivator who helps increase the work motivation of honorary teachers, both through internal and external motivation approaches.This research highlights the importance of implementing adaptive and comprehensive leadership strategies to encouraging the spirit and performance of honorary teachers in the educational environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Shopee's E-Commerce Trust on Customer Loyalty in active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar through Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable. The sample used was 100 Shopee consumer respondents who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. The data collection technique was carried out by questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique consists of an Outer Model (Measurement Model) consisting of Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Multicollinearity, and Composite Reliability, then the Structural Model (Inner Model) with the R-Square test, Patch Coefficients, Total Indirect Effect, and Goodness of Fit test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the E-commerce Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, the Purchasing Decision variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, the E-commerce Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and the E-commerce Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions.
