Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Application of Management Functions in the Management of the Orphanage Caring for Orphans in Palembang". The function of management is to make it easier to achieve the goals of an activity. The problems are, 1) how to implement the management function in managing Peduli Anak care. 2) inhibiting and supporting factors in managing the orphanage that cares for orphans in Palembang. The aim of the research is to determine the application of management functions in managing the activities and resources of the orphanage caring for orphans in Palembang as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors in managing the orphanage. This type of research is descriptive qualitative field research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research in orphanages that care for orphans using George R. Terry's theory in the application of management functions including planning, management of human resources and activities that are running well and there are still plans that are still in process, then organizing and placing tasks in the orphanage. care, direction in carrying out tasks, up to evaluation after carrying out program activities and development activities in the orphanage environment, up to the supporting factors and obstacles that exist in the process of managing the orphanage which come from internal such as existing resources and external factors come from from donors and the surrounding community in assisting the process of managing the orphanage. Abstract

A This research analyzes "The effectiveness of the mutual storytelling technique in improving morals for drug addicts at the Ar-Rahman drug rehabilitation center", an effort to provide counseling guidance using the Mutual Stroytelling technique to drug addict respondents at the Ar-Rahman Rehabilitation center, which reduces inappropriate actions. both by drug addicts who are there. The aim of the research is to determine the morals of drug addicts in the Ar-rahman drug rehabilitation center before being given the mutual storytelling technique, after which the mutual storytelling technique is applied, the effectiveness of the mutual storytelling technique on the morals of drug addicts in the Ar-rahman drug rehabilitation center. The approach used in research is quantitative. The sample in the study consisted of 22 respondents who came from all residents at the Ar-Rahman Rehabilitation Center. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, homogeneity testing, hypothesis testing. The results of the research show: First, the results of the frequency test of looking at moral values ​​before being given the mutual storytelling technique obtained the results of scoring scores for 13 drug addicts in the medium category with a percentage value of 60%. , this shows that an average of 60% of their morals are still considered not good. Second, the results of the frequency test of looking at moral values ​​after being given the mutual storytelling technique showed that the results of assessing the scores of 22 drug addicts in the medium category with a percentage value of 100%, the rehabilitation residents began to be able to control themselves with more polite gestures, manners and began to obey every order given. given by the officer. Third, the results of the t0 hypothesis are good at the 5% significance level with details of 5.579 > 1.72472, then the significance is 0.022 (0.02 02 < 0.05). It can be said that the mutual storytelling technique is effective in improving the morals of drug addicts at the Ar-Rahman drug rehabilitation center. Abstract

The purpose of this research is first to find out the strategy of the management of the Jami Karya Bakti Palembang mosque in increasing the motivation of the congregation to carry out the congregational dawn prayers, the second to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Jami Karya Bakti mosque management in increasing the motivation of the congregation to carry out the congregational dawn prayers. In this study the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the strategies adopted by mosque administrators in motivating congregations by holding dawn lectures which are held once a week by inviting speakers from outside the Jami Karya Bakti Palembang environment. The inhibiting factor for the administrators of the Jami Karya Bakti mosque in increasing the motivation for the morning prayers in the congregation at the Jami Karya Bakti mosque is the lack of awareness of the local community to do the congregational dawn prayers due to laziness and the added atmosphere of getting up from sleep is difficult especially since the dawn atmosphere is cold, and it is still dark which makes Pilgrims prefer morning prayers at home. Supporting factors in motivating the congregation to pray at dawn by holding dawn lectures that can make the congregation gain knowledge or spiritual guidance about worship and there is also a dawn movement carried out by the Palembang city government, Mr. Harnojoyo, and there are mosque facilities.

Abstract

The efforts of traders at the Toy Village Traditional Market in providing services to buyers must be carried out properly, apply business ethics and establish friendship. The research entitled "Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in Buying and Selling Transactions at Traditional Market Traders in Toy Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency". The research objective was to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at traditional market traders in Toy Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at traditional market traders in Toy Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Then data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that traders carry out buying and selling transactions based on Islamic business ethics where researchers find that there are still traders who prioritize honesty when trading (Gharar), sell merchandise consistently in the form of actual merchandise (Najasy) and traders say emphatically to all buyers not to be in debt (Al-'inah) because if it is done in debt it will make it difficult for traders to return to business capital.

Abstract

The thesis entitled "Management of the Al-Hikmah Taklim Assembly in Increasing Residents' Interest in Participating in Recitations in Kelurahan Kebun Bunga, Sukarami District, Palembang City". With the formulation of the problem, namely (1) how is the management of the Al-Hikmah Al-Hikmah Kelurahan Kebun Bunga management? And (2) what are the efforts of the Al-Hikmah taklim assembly in cultivating the interest of Kebun Bunga kelurahan residents so they are interested in joining the taklim assembly? The type of writing used is qualitative writing. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is Georry Terry's theory for management and Crow and crow theory as the interest of the assembly. The results of writing (1) management that is applied in the Taklim Assembly is appropriate and effective through planning, organizing, actualting and controlling. Through the stages of controlling (supervision) it can be formulated as a process of determining what must be achieved, what will be done, namely implementation, assessing implementation and if necessary making improvements, so that implementation is according to plan. (2) An increase in one's religious understanding can be seen from how much the religious dimension is applied in human life, this is in line with the Crow and Crow theory, where the emergence of motivation in a person is asking for a tendency to manifest oneself who has potential and understands one's own desires first. don't follow takliman yourself not at the will of the congregation.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Management of Youth Organizations at the Nurul Jannah Prabumulih Mosque to Increase Youth Participation in Religious Activities". The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the youth organization of the Nurul Jannah mosque in organizational management of religious activities at the Nurul Jannah mosque in Karang Jaya village, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for youth in the Karang Jaya village mosque. In this study the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is organizational management theory. According to George R. Terry organizational management is the activity of planning (Planning), organizing (Organizing) mobilization (Actuating) and monitoring (Controling), where all of these activities aim to achieve organizational targets. The results of this study are that the management of youth organizations at the Nurul Jannah Prabumulih mosque can be considered good enough to participate in religious activities at the Nurul Jannah mosque. This is because the youth in Karang Jaya village still have the desire to participate, so they try to manage this organization as well as possible with their fellow members. As a form of youth management at the Nurul Jannah mosque to increase participation in religious activities, namely inviting fellow youth to participate in activities and be active in mosque youth organizations, improve communication among fellow members and start updating member performance. Looking at the supporting factors, namely religious teachings, the role of mosque administrators and the role of the local government so as to create a sense of togetherness and attractiveness in participating and the inhibiting factor is the lack of teenagers who have an interest in religious activities due to activities outside such as school and outside school. As for the researchers' suggestions for the government of Karang Jaya Village, namely village government institutions as input for the village head and other officials in Karang Jaya village, Prabumulih Timur District, to be able to provide responses and efforts to overcome various things that are inhibiting factors for the creation of inter-religious harmony in this village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui manajemen pendayagunaan zakat produktif BAZNAS Palembang dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitia studi lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan dana zakat di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Palembang belum bisa berjalan dengan lancar di karenakan faktor internal dan eksternal, yaitu dari pihak BAZNAS belum meratanya pendayagunaan zakat produktif kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan karena banyaknya masyarakat yang memiliki harta lebih belum menyadari akan kewajiban membayar zakat. Manajemen Pendayagunaan Zakat yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kota Palembang mencakup fungsi- fungsi manajemen itu sendiri seperti perencanaan yang harus dibuat secara matang agar program-programnya bisa tercapai dengan efektif dan efisien. Kemudian pengorganisasian sumber daya manusia yang ada di BAZNAS Kota Palembang harus kompeten di bidangnya dan amanah, selain itu ada pelaksanaan atau penggerakkan SDM terhadap program yang mereka laksanakan, dan yang terakhir ada pengawasan berupa monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap program-program yang dijalankan. Hal itu dilakukan agar dana zakat yang telah dipercayai muzzaki kepada BAZNAS Kota Palembang bisa tercapai tujuannya dengan baik, maksudnya ialah dana zakat dapat dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya dan diaplikasikan melalui program-program yang ada di BAZNAS Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dakwah komunitas bikers fisabilillah dalam memberikan pemahaman keagamaan remaja di Kelurahan Mulya Agung Kabupaten Banyuasin. Dalam penelitian teknik analisis data ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kelurahan Kedondong Raye Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin. Teori yang digunakan yakni menurut Asmuni Syukir strategi dakwah adalah siasat atau taktik yang di pergunakan dalam aktivitas dakwah yan g harus di perhatikan dari asas-asas dakwah, serta teori menurut Glock dan Stark pemahaman agama adalah simbol, sistem keyakinan, sistem perilaku terlembagakan, yang semuanya itu berpusat pada persoalan-persoalan yang dihayati sebagai yang paling maknawi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa strategi dakwah komunitas Bikers Fisabilillah dalam memberikan pemahaman keagamaan remaja di Kelurahan Mulya Agung Kabupaten Banyuasin sangat di haruskan karena pemahaman keagamaan ini sangat berguna sekali apabila dalam hal keyakinan, oleh karena itu kehidupan masyarakat yang tidak didasari dengan keyakinan serta pemahaman agama yang syar’i akan menimbulkan suatu keraguan pada dirinya. Dan oleh sebab itulah perlu adanya pembinaan serta pemahaman mendalam terhadap agama untuk para anak muda khususnya remaja, karena kurangnya pemahaman keagamaan yang dimiliki masyarakat Kelurahan Mulya Agung baik pemahaman secara historis maupun teoritis. Pemahaman keagamaan yang minim yang menjadikan masyarakat terutama remaja mudah sekali untuk mengklaim atau menghakimi sesuatu yang menurut pribadi mereka itu salah, oleh karena itulah sangat perlu adanya pembinaan dan pemahaman agama yang mendalam.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the policies, efforts made by the study program, and implementation of Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka from the perspective of communication-based learning. The type of data for this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and verification/concluding. Triangulating sources carried out data validity by comparing interview data, observation, and documentation. The results of this research found that first, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang's policy in preparing MBKM regulations was to create MBKM guidelines, provide facilities to fulfill study periods and loads, collaborate with other universities and partners in the business and industrial world, carry out monitoring and evaluation of MBKM implementation; and reviewing the MBKM-based study program curriculum. Second, the preparatory efforts carried out by the study program are holding benchmarking, seminars, and workshops; Best-Q training; offering courses that can be taken into MBKM both outside the study program and outside the campus; verifying students who will take part in the MBKM program according to the specified requirements; placing both internal and external students in study groups according to applications; carry out course equivalence; carry out the learning process if several subjects have not been fulfilled from learning activities outside the study program and the university; and report the implementation of MBKM to the faculty every semester. Third, the Merdeka Belajar – Merdeka Campus regulations from a Communication-Based Learning perspective is that MBKM needs Communication Based Learning, study programs, and students must be more active in communicating with study programs, other campuses, agencies, and the world of business and industry (DUDI); optimizing the use of electronic learning media (e-learning); optimizing the use of new media learning media; and optimizing communication with alumni through tracer studies, carer development centers (CDC).
