Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource (HR) development strategies on the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the era of digital transformation. The increasingly dynamic educational environment, characterized by the integration of digital technologies, requires universities to have adaptive, innovative, and competent human resources. This research employs a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, involving lecturers and educational staff as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression to determine the relationship and influence between variables. The results indicate that HR development strategies, including digital-based training, enhancement of technological competencies, and strengthening of organizational culture, have a positive and significant effect on the competitiveness of higher education institutions. Universities that systematically and sustainably develop their human resources tend to be more competitive in facing global challenges, improving the quality of educational services, and strengthening institutional reputation. In addition, digital transformation acts as a supporting variable that strengthens the relationship between HR development and organizational competitiveness. The findings highlight the importance of formulating integrated HR development strategies aligned with institutional digitalization policies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Adopsi dompet digital di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia menunjukkan fenomena perilaku yang kompleks dan paradoks, di mana pengguna memiliki sensitivitas tinggi terhadap biaya layanan namun sekaligus impulsif terhadap penawaran promosi. Penelitian terdahulu yang menggunakan klasifikasi sentimen tegas (hard clustering) seringkali gagal menangkap ambiguitas perilaku tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan profil adopsi mahasiswa dengan mengelompokkan pola sentimen mereka terhadap atribut Bauran Pemasaran (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means (FCM). Data penelitian terdiri dari 3.363 ulasan pengguna yang diambil dari platform Google Play Store dan media sosial X pada lima aplikasi dompet digital utama. Melalui ekstraksi fitur berbasis aspek dan pembobotan leksikon, data diklasterisasi menggunakan FCM yang memungkinkan derajat keanggotaan ganda. Hasil penelitian berhasil mengidentifikasi tiga profil psikografis utama: (1) "Si Kritis Biaya & Teknis" (Severe Critics, 12,8%) yang memiliki sentimen negatif ekstrem pada aspek produk dan harga; (2) "Si Kecewa Ringan" (Mildly Dissatisfied, 47,3%) yang mendominasi populasi dengan keluhan moderat pada stabilitas aplikasi; dan (3) "Si Puas Fungsional" (Functional Loyalists, 39,8%) yang mengapresiasi keandalan fitur. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa bagi segmen mahasiswa, keandalan teknis dan kewajaran biaya jauh lebih krusial dibandingkan insentif promosi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyedia layanan untuk memprioritaskan perbaikan infrastruktur teknis guna meningkatkan retensi pengguna.
