Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untu mengetahui pengaruh Fraction Clock Media (FCM) terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas III SDN 1 Pemuar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa akibat keterbatasan media pembelajaran dan kesulitan memahami konsep abstrak pecahan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest pada 24 siswa yang di pilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen berupa tes yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, dan N-Gain. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari 54,38 menjadi 87,92. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan N-Gain sebesar 0,7328 termasuk kategori tinggi dan cukup efektif. Dengan demikian, H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, sehingga FCM dinyatakan berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa pada materi pecahan. Kata kunci: Pengaruh; Fraction Clock Media (FCM); Peahaman Konsep; Pembelajaran Matematika.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Fraction Clock Media (FCM) on the mathematical concept understanding of third-grade students at SDN 1 Pemuar. The background of this study is the low level of students’ conceptual understanding due to limited learning media and difficulties in understanding abstract fraction concepts. This research employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest design involving 24 students selected using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a test that had been validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, and N-Gain. The results showed an increase in the average score from 54.38 to 87.92. The Wilcoxon test produced a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, while the N-Gain score of 0.7328 was classified as high and fairly effective. Therefore, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that FCM has a significant effect in improving students’ mathematical concept understanding in fraction material.
