Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan, (1) Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,(2) Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (3) Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (4) pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Insentif secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Incasi Raya Muaro Sakai Kecamatan Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yang berjumlah 122 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan formula Slovin dan metoda Cluster Random Sampling di peroleh sampel sebanyak 55 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode simple random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Insentif secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and tourist facilities on tourist interest and its impact ontourist loyalty in the tourist area of Mandeh. The sample in this study were tourists who visited the Mandehtourist area. This study uses quantitative methods with Structrul Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square(PLS) analysis tools. The results in this study indicate a positive and significant effect of promotion and tourismfacilities on tourist interest. Promotion and tourism facilities have no significant effect on tourist loyalty. Thereis also a positive and significant influence of tourist interest on tourist loyalty. Meanwhile, there is a positiveand significant influence of promotion and loyalty through tourist interest. And there is a positive and significantinfluence on tourism facilities and loyalty through tourist interest

This study aims to determine how much influence work ethic, work discipline, on job performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research variables are work ethic (X1), work discipline (X2), work performance (Y) and job satisfaction (Z). Methods of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires to 82 respondents. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, for hypothesis testing used t test and F test and path analysis. The results obtained show (a) there is a positive and significant effect on work ethic and on job satisfaction of 4.726 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 (b) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline and on job satisfaction of 1.941 with a significant level of 0.056 < 0.05 (c) there is no positive and significant effect on work ethic and on work performance of 0.051 with a significant level of 0.959 > 0.05 (d) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline and on work performance of 5.204 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 (e) there is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and on work performance of 5.010 with a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05 (f) job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work ethic and work performance of 0.234 > 0.025 (g) job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work discipline and work performance by 0.220 > 0.096 Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Climate, Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction.

Saat ini Jumlah industri kecil yang mempromosikan dan menjual produknya terbatas pada wilayah tempat usaha tersebut berada.Hal ini akan menyebabkan produk hanya dikenal oleh masyarakat sekitar dan penjualan tidak akan meningkat. This study aimed to determine the effect of competency and compensation on employee performance through organizing citizenship behavior as an intervening variable at the Bukittinggi Regional Financial Agency. This study's population were all Bukittinggi Regional Finance Agency employees. Meanwhile, the samples were taken from 86 members (all employees of the Bukittinggi Regional Finance Agency) using quantitative techniques. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to the public as respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) is the data analysis technique used. The results obtained were based on the Competency Hypothesis Test. There is a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior at the Bukittinggi City Financial Agency. While the Compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Bukittinggi City Financial Agency. Meanwhile, Competency positively and significantly affects employee performance at the Bukittinggi City Financial Agency.
