Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and tourist facilities on tourist interest and its impact ontourist loyalty in the tourist area of Mandeh. The sample in this study were tourists who visited the Mandehtourist area. This study uses quantitative methods with Structrul Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square(PLS) analysis tools. The results in this study indicate a positive and significant effect of promotion and tourismfacilities on tourist interest. Promotion and tourism facilities have no significant effect on tourist loyalty. Thereis also a positive and significant influence of tourist interest on tourist loyalty. Meanwhile, there is a positiveand significant influence of promotion and loyalty through tourist interest. And there is a positive and significantinfluence on tourism facilities and loyalty through tourist interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work ethic, work discipline, on job performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research variables are work ethic (X1), work discipline (X2), work performance (Y) and job satisfaction (Z). Methods of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires to 82 respondents. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, for hypothesis testing used t test and F test and path analysis. The results obtained show (a) there is a positive and significant effect on work ethic and on job satisfaction of 4.726 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 (b) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline and on job satisfaction of 1.941 with a significant level of 0.056 < 0.05 (c) there is no positive and significant effect on work ethic and on work performance of 0.051 with a significant level of 0.959 > 0.05 (d) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline and on work performance of 5.204 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 (e) there is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and on work performance of 5.010 with a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05 (f) job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work ethic and work performance of 0.234 > 0.025 (g) job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work discipline and work performance by 0.220 > 0.096 Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Climate, Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Saat ini Jumlah industri kecil yang mempromosikan dan menjual produknya terbatas pada wilayah tempat usaha tersebut berada.Hal ini akan menyebabkan produk hanya dikenal oleh masyarakat sekitar dan penjualan tidak akan meningkat. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan area pemasaran adalah dengan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis web atau crm penjualan online. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan menambahkan crm untuk penghubung antara konsumen dengan pemilik toko,serta produk-produk usaha industri kecil tersebar luas dari kawasan regional hingga internasional.Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan konsumen maka diperlukan media promosi dan juga wadah untuk transaksi jual beli Boneka agar para penggemar Boneka bukan hanya kalangan anak-anak saja orang dewasa juga dan konsumen dapat memantau boneka yang ada dan jika ingin melakukan transaksi pembelian boneka bisa langsung melalui web, promosi media penjualan dan boneka.

Abstract

Dapoer Enha merupakan bisnis kuliner baru yang menawarkan fasilitas dan kenyamanan pelanggan sebagai poin utamanya. Persaingan di dunia bisnis makanan di kawasan wisata kabupaten pesisir selatan membuat: Dapoer Enha harus lebih cermat dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran yang akan digunakan. tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh strategi pemasaran. konsep yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen berbeda-berbeda salah satunya yaitu Dapoer Enha yang menawarkan menu beragam dan pemadangan indah suasana tepi pantai yang membuat hati dan mata menjadi sejuk. Ketatnya persaingan cafe, mengharuskan pengelola cafe memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran café Dapoer Enha. Penelitian ini menggunakan matriks internal eksternal (ie), matriks strenght, weakness, opportunity dan threat (swot) dan strategic planning matrix (qspm). Alternatif strategi yang didapatkan yaitu mempertahankan citra atau image cafe, fasilitas café yang lengkap, mempertahankan kualitas dan pelayanan produk untuk menarik konsumen, meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen dan kerjasama untuk tujuan kemajuan cafe, memberikan layanan delivery order untuk konsumen, memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk pemasaran, melayani pangsa pasar menengah ke bawah dengan menyediakan paket atau porsi khusus, dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok atau wilayah sekitar cafe. Strategi pemasaran prioritas yang disarankan adalah mempertahankan citra cafe.
