Tingkat Kepuasan Orangtua terhadap Layanan Pendidikan Lembaga PAUD

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of parental satisfaction with the services provided by TK Aisyiyah 8 City of Bandung. The research method used was descriptive analytical with the number of population who were the subjects of the study were 14 parents of students in group B TK Aisyiyah 8 City of Bandung. As a measurement tool used in this study is based on five dimensions, namely the tangiable, reliability, responsive, assurance, and empathy dimensions. The results show that all shows positive results, except for the ability of the tool or learning media (tangiable), the ease of parents obtaining the teacher's cellphone number (reliability) and the skill of the headmaster in organizing his institution (Assurance), showing a negative attitude of 49%. This can be used as feedback material so that improvements can be made while the aspects chosen by parents are good, it is expected to continue to be maintained and maintained aspects of satisfaction that are positive Keywords: Service, Satisfaction Level, and Parents.  Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahu tingkat kepuasan orang tua terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh TK Aisyiyah 8 Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis dengan jumlah populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah 14 orangtua siswa di kelompok B TK Aisyiyah 8 Kota Bandung. Sebagai alat ukur yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini didasarkan kepada lima dimensi  yaitu dimensi tangiable, realibilitas, responsive, assurance, dan emphaty. Hasil menunjukkan seluruhnya menunjukkan hasil yang postif, kecuali pada kemutahiran alat atau media pembelajaran (tangiable), kemudahan orang tua memperoleh nomor handphone guru (realibilitas) dan kecakapan pimpinan kepala sekolah didalam mengorganisasi lembaganya (Assurance), menunjukkan sikap yang negative yaitu 49%. Hal ini bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan feedback agar dilakukan perbaikan-perbaikan adapun pada aspek yang dipilih orangtua baik, maka diharapkan terus dijaga dan dipertahankan aspek-aspek kepuasan yang postif baik.Kata Kunci: Layanan, Tingkat Kepuasan, dan Orangtua.
