E-learning is a platform that provides educational content, activities and support for managing learning programs using a combination of Information and Communication Technology. The purpose of this study was to determine usability and User Experience (UX) on Zenius.net's website with three aspects, namely general usability, pedagodical usability and user experience. This study uses the TUXEL method, which is a method used to evaluate usability and user experience in e-learning using three questionnaires, namely the problem reporting table, general LMS evaluation checklist and user experience evaluation. Retrieval of data through a validated questionnaire then distributed to respondents with sampling using non probability sampling techniques. The sample used was obtained from research on students of SMK N 12 Malang with a total sample of 10 students with characteristics of having knowledge about e-learning. The data obtained will be analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The evaluation results obtained from the three questionnaires, namely the problem reporting table, found 14 problems from the four variables, namely login, general interfaces, assignments and assessments. The General LMS evaluation checklist found 18 problems from the four variables namely Help and Documentation, LMS Learnability, Learning Through the LMS and LMS Flexibility. At User Experience Evaluation, it gets a positive mean value. The Zenius website excels in the dimensions of supporting, innovative, creative and motivating. Zenius.net is suitable for use in independent learning.
