The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of Local chicken and broilers chicken waste in increasing the growth, the survival and the production of mustard greens. The study was conducted in the trial garden, the Education of Agricultural Technology Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, the State University of Makassar. The study was conducted in February-March 2015 using a completely-randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments, three replications for each treatment. The results showed that the height growth of the highest plant was obtained in treatment D with 15% broilers chicken waste  while the highest number of leaves was obtained in treatment D with 15% broilers chicken waste and treatment A with 10% localchicken waste, next the highest rate of survival was obtained in treatment B with 15% localchicken waste, treatment C and D with 10% and 15% broilers chicken waste. Meanwhile, the highest production of mustard greens was obtained in treatment D
