Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the application of the model of internalization of moral values to the family of tea plantation workers. This study was conducted with the object of research on the family of tea plantation workers in the Afdeling Riung Gunung Pasir Malang Tea Plantation in South Bandung, with a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the study obtained Islamic religious education material taught by parents to their children, including divinity, destiny, ritual, and ethics. Whereas the methods include habituation, exemplary, control, and punishment; all of which are applied in language that is simple and easy to understand. Keywords: Internationalization of Value, Moral, Family Model.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model internalisasi nilai-nilai Akhlak pada keluarga buruh perkebunan teh. Studi ini dilakukan dengan obyek penelitian pada keluarga buruh perkebunan teh di Afdeling Riung Gunung Perkebunan Teh Pasir Malang Bandung Selatan, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptip dan pengumpulan data melaui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh materi pendidikan agama Islam yang diajarkan orang tua kepada anak anaknya, meliputi ketuhanan, takdir, ritual dan etika. Sedangkan untuk metodenya antara lain pembiasaan, keteladanan, control dan hukuman; yang kesemuanya diaplikasikan dengan bahasa yang sederhana dan mudah dimengerti.Kata Kunci: Model Internaslisasi Nilai, Akhlak, Keluarga.
