<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey. Responden adalah 117 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kinerja mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui kinerja mengajar guru.
