Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of electronic filing system towards employee?s productivity. The study employs descriptive and verifikatif method. The technique used in collecting the data is a rating scale questionnare  with scores scale from 1 to 5. The respondents are 50 employees in the Department of Education of Cimahi City. The data is analyzed by using simple regression technique. The results showed that the implementation of electronic filing system has a significant effect on employee?s productivity. Thus, employee?s productivity can be improved through the improvement of electronic filing system.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian produktivitas kerja pegawai  dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan sistem kearsipan elektronik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Cooperative Script dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK di Parongpong Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Kuasi Eksperimen dan bentuk desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah The Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan Dependent sample t-test dan Independent sample t-test. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelas X AP 1 dengan jumlah 22 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan Kelas X AP 2 dengan jumlah 22 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative Script lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa di kelas kontrol yang menerapakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Cooperative Script secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK di Parongpong Bandung Barat. Hal tersebut dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi pihak sekolah untuk dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran ini dalam upaya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun cara yang dapat ditempuh oleh pihak sekolah adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan pembelajaran inovatif secara rutin bagi guru.Kata Kunci: cooperative script, hasil belajar siswa THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COOPEATIVE SCRIPT LEARNING MODEL  TO IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES This study aims to know whether the Cooperative Script learning model can improve the leaning outcomes of X office administration students SMK di Parongpong Bandung Barat. The method use in this study is a Quasi-Experimental method and The Nonequivalent Control Group Design as the design of the study. To collect data, this study employed tests, observations and documentations while to analyze the data it used Dependent Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test to see the difference in improving student learning outcomes between the experimental class and controlled class. Subjects in this study is Class X AP 1 with 22 students as an experimental class and Class X AP 2 with 22 students as a control class. Based on the study, it was obtained that students in the experimental class that implements learning model Cooperative Script achieved higher score than students in the controlled class that implement conventional learning models. It can be concluded that the Cooperative Script Learning Model can significantly imporve the learning outcomes of class X office administration students SMK di Parongpong Bandung Barat. It can be consideration for school to apply this learning model in effort to improve the learning outcomes. The way can be taken by the school is training of innovative learning for teacher routinely.Keywords: cooperative script, learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey. Responden adalah 117 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kinerja mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui kinerja mengajar guru. Kata Kunci : kinerja mengajar guru, motivasi belajar siswa EFFECT OF THE TEACHING PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS  ON STUDENTS' MOTIVATIONThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the teaching performance of teachers on students' motivation. The research method used survey. The respondents were 117 Vocational High School students in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The results showed a significant influence on the teaching performance of teaching to the students' motivation. Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the Implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 on the teachers? performances. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered rating scale model questionnaire between one to five measurement. The respondent of the study were ninety teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The data analysis technique employed simple regression. The result shows that the implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 affects the teachers? performances partially and significantly.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008) terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008)  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan parsial terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the figure of the levels of the implementation of quality management system and teachers? performance efectivity. On the other hand, it was also intended to uncover the effect of the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 on the teachers? performance efectivity in SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered interval scale model. The data analysis technique employed simple linear regression. The respondent of the study were ninety teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung by 90 of respondents. Based on the analysis results, the figure of the implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 is in the effective category; and the teachers? performance efectivity is in the high condition. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 (X) affects the teachers? performance efectivity (Y) positvely and significantly.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat implementasi sistem manajemen mutu, dan efektivitas kerja guru. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala interval. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 berada pada kategori efektif, dan gambaran efektivitas kerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct or indirect effect between the entrepreneurship education variable and the student entrepreneurship competence variable in Vocational High School students. This study used a quantitative approach with the Survey Method (Explanatory Survey Method), and the test uses path analysis. The number of samples in this study found 100 students from 25 Public and Private Vocational High Schools accredited-A in the city of Bandung. The results showed that (1) entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, both directly and indirectly, (2) entrepreneurship education had a significant direct effect on student entrepreneurial competencies, (3) and student entrepreneurial competencies had a significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions.  This is because the results can illustrate that entrepreneurship education in vocational high schools is good, it can be seen from the score of the entrepreneurship education variable in the high category and the form of entrepreneurship learning in vocational high schools is good. Entrepreneurship education has the highest direct influence on students' entrepreneurial competence variables. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, but if the competence variable becomes a mediating variable, it can further increase students' entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study are expected to be considered by vocational high schools to provide entrepreneurship education to students, so that students' competence and interest in entrepreneurship can increase.

Abstract

The unprecedented changes in the education sector due to the recent pandemic demand teachers and students to adapt to new ways of learning via online platforms. A plethora of latest research has investigated various topics such as online learning platforms, online learning materials, and teacher/student perceptions; however, little is known about the link between online learning and achievement. Occupying this lacuna, this study specifically sought to examine the relationship between self-regulated learning (SRL), the digital learning environment, and student’ academic achievement during the pandemic.  The population of this research was 1,800 students (freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior class) enrolled for the Introduction to Management course at a state university in Bandung, Indonesia. Selected using a proportionate random sampling, 317 students participated as the respondents.  The data were collected through questionnaire surveys, while the Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to analyze the interrelationship among the construct variables.  The results of this study show that promoting SRL may affect the optimization of the digital learning environment and academic achievements.  Students with better self-regulated learning ability can somehow optimize their digital learning environment and be more progressive in terms of academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student resilience and self-regulated learning on student academic achievement in economics subjects. The research method used is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII of Social Science senior high school in Cianjur regency for the academic year 2021/2022 and a sample of 237 students was taken using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that resilience and self-regulated learning had an effect on students' academic achievement in economics subjects

Abstract

Implemented knowledge management (KM) in universities is currently a significant and interesting topic to be discussed since universities’ human resource possess knowledge. Ultimately, knowledge management is essential in order to increase university lecturers’ performance. Knowledge management must be supported by leadership and organization culture that would support each process of KM, which includes knowledge creation, knowledge transfer and utilization of knowledge. This study tested a model that shows the influence between KM, job performance, leadership, and organizational culture. This study collected sample from 150 lecturer respondents in seven universities in Bandung using random sampling. We analyze the variables (leadership, organizational culture, KM, and job performance) from questionnaire using Structured Equation Modelling (SEM). Research results have shown that the relationship between leadership and KM has a positive and significant impact, that the relationship between organizational culture and KM has a positive and significant impact, that leadership and job performance have a positive and significant impact, that organizational culture and job performance have a positive and significant impact, and there is a positive and significant influence between KM and job performance. This study concludes leadership, organizational culture, KM, and job performance in universities in Bandung are included in positive category. There are significant and positive influences on variables analyzed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan mengenai pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Negeri 1 Sogaeadu yang masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu pemberian penghargaan (X1), pemberian hukuman (X2) dan prestasi belajar (Y). Tujuan dari Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat efektifitas pemberian penghargaan, (2) tingkat efektivitas pemberian hukuman, (3) gambaran tingkat prestasi belajar siswa, (4) pengaruh pemberian penghargaan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (5) pengaruh pemberian hukuman terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dan (6) pengaruh pemberian penghargaan dan pemberian hukuman terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Sogaeadu.  Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 72 orang siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Sogaeadu dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda.Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian, (1) tingkat efektivitas pemberian penghargaan berada pada kategori efektif, (2) tingkat efektivitas pemberian hukuman berada pada kategori cukup efektif, dan (3) tingkat prestasi belajar berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: (4) pemberian penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (5) pemberian hukuman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dan (6) pemberian penghargaan dan pemberian hukuman secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.
