ABSTRACT Amid the transfer of land functionsthat mostly occurs in Denpasar City, Subak Sembung can still survive with good agricultural conditions and is also developed as an ecotourism which can be a role model for other Subak in Denpasar City. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Green Open Space Policy of the City for Agricultural Designation Areas in Subak Sembung, Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar Subdistrict by using the Implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn which consists of six variable. The results of this study is the policy of the Green Open Space of the City of Agricultural Designation Areas in Subak Sembung, Peguyangan Village, carried out by the Spatial Planning Division of the Public Works Department of Denpasar City, has gone well, but the human, financial and infrastructure resources need to be improved so that policy can running optimally.
