Studi Perbandingan Teknologi Material M-System dengan Material Bata Ringan dan Plat Lantai Ringan pada Bangunan Bertingkat

Abstract Today is the science and technology, developing rapidly, especially in the field of building materials technology. By the new building material technology, it is expected to make the process construction faster and at lower cost. The one of the new technologies is the M-System, so that M- System comparisons with materials already exist and commonly used by people, namely lightweight brick materials and lightweight concrete slab. The results of the comparison of the time obtained from this research is the material M-System has a faster implementation time of 267% than conventional material, but the M-System material has a higher cost of 12% than conventional materials.Keywords: M-System, Lightweight Brick, Lightweight Concrete Slab, Cost, Time Abstrak Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi masa kini berkembang semakin pesat, khususnya dibidang teknologi bahan bangunan. Dengan adanya teknologi bahan bangunan terbaru diharapkan dapat membuat proses pembangunan lebih cepat dan dengan biaya yang semakin murah. Salah satu teknologi baru adalah M-System, sehingga dibuatlah perbandingan M-System dengan material yang telah ada dan banyak dipakai oleh masyarakat yaitu material bata ringan serta plat lantai ringan. Hasil perbandingan waktu yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu Material M-System mempunyai waktu pelaksanaan lebih cepat267% dari material konvensional,namun material M-System mempunyai biaya lebih mahal sebesar 12% dari material konvensional.Kata Kunci: M-System, Bata Ringan, Plat Lantai Ringan, Biaya, WaktuAbstract Today is the science and technology, developing rapidly, especially in the field of building materials technology.
