This study aims to describe the procedure of pre-retirement training in a government agency’s education and training center. The research was conducted from August 2018 to January 2019 using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verifcation. Investigation and checking the validity of data was performed through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability, and confrmability. The results show that pre-retirement training management in this center consisted of two stages; program and implementation planning. Program planning consists of analyzing the needs of prospective trainees and compiling a pre-retirement training program curriculum. Whereas for the implementation planning consists of determining working partners, place and date of the training.
