Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan secara parsial lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di room division hotel “X” Surabaya, serta mengetahui variabel mana yang berpengaruh dominan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di room division hotel “X” Surabaya. Variabel  yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan di room division hotel “X” Surabaya adalah pelatihan The purpose of this study was to determine the influence partially, simultaneously of working environment, communication, and training to the job performance of employees in the room division hotel “X” Surabaya, and to know which variable is the dominant one. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to found that the working environment, communication, and training simultaneously have positive impact impact to the performance of employees in the room division hotel “X” Surabaya.
