Abstrak: penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menganalisis kinerja mengajarguru dan prestasi belajar siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasahdan kultur madrasah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui analisisdeskriptif dan inferensial. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di JakartaSelatan, data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket (instrument). Dari hasil penelitian didapati bahwakepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah, dan kultur madrasah memiliki hubungan yangpositif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan demikian dapat dikatakanbahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dan kultur madrasah memiliki perananpenting terhadap naik atau turunnya kinerja mengajar guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Oleh karenaitu, upaya meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru dan prestasi belajar siswa dapat dilakukan denganmengedepankan kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dan pembentukan kulturmadrasah yang baik.Kata Kunci:Kepemimpinan transformasional, kultur belajar, kinerja mengajar, prestasi belajar.Abstract The study aims to obtain information and analyze teacher teaching performance and studentlearning achievements that are influenced by the transformational leadership of the madrasa and madrasaculture. The study was conducted using quantitative methods through descriptive and inferential analysis.The study was conducted on teachers of Public Islamic Education in South Jakarta, data werecollected using questionnaires. From the results of the study it was found that transformational leadershipof madrasah principals, and madrasa culture had a positive relationship to teacher teaching performanceand student learning achievement, thus it can be said that transformational leadership ofmadrasah principals and madrasa cultures had an important role to play in increasing or decreasingteacher teaching performance and achievement student learning. Therefore, efforts to improve teacherteaching performance and student achievement can be done by promoting the principal?s transformationalleadership qualities and the formation of a good madrasa culture.Keywords:Transformasional Leadership, Learning Culture, Teaching performance,Learning achivement
