Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menganalisis kinerja mengajarguru dan prestasi belajar siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasahdan kultur madrasah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui analisisdeskriptif dan inferensial. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di JakartaSelatan, data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket (instrument). Dari hasil penelitian didapati bahwakepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah, dan kultur madrasah memiliki hubungan yangpositif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan demikian dapat dikatakanbahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dan kultur madrasah memiliki perananpenting terhadap naik atau turunnya kinerja mengajar guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Oleh karenaitu, upaya meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru dan prestasi belajar siswa dapat dilakukan denganmengedepankan kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dan pembentukan kulturmadrasah yang baik.Kata Kunci:Kepemimpinan transformasional, kultur belajar, kinerja mengajar, prestasi belajar.Abstract The study aims to obtain information and analyze teacher teaching performance and studentlearning achievements that are influenced by the transformational leadership of the madrasa and madrasaculture. From the results of the study it was found that transformational leadershipof madrasah principals, and madrasa culture had a positive relationship to teacher teaching performanceand student learning achievement, thus it can be said that transformational leadership ofmadrasah principals and madrasa cultures had an important role to play in increasing or decreasingteacher teaching performance and achievement student learning. Therefore, efforts to improve teacherteaching performance and student achievement can be done by promoting the principal?s transformationalleadership qualities and the formation of a good madrasa culture.Keywords:Transformasional Leadership, Learning Culture, Teaching performance,Learning achivement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organization Climate and Teacher Pedagogic Competence School Quality Service in Public Junior High School District Kembangan in West Jakarta.This study is descriptive in the entire population of teachers in Public Junior High School in West Jakarta District of New Kebayoran as many as 7 State Primary School with a number of teachers is 347, elected by proportional random sampling, the number of 186 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire to measure the Organization Climate, Teachers and Achievement Motivation Teacher on School Quality Service.The results showed that: first, there are positive Influence of Total Quality Management to Principal Teacher School Quality Service is acceptable, it can be determined by t test calculations in which th> tt (40.38> 1.66). And based on the calculation formula product moment correlation coefficient can be determined path coefficients (p31 = 0.272) at α = 0.05, that rh> rt (0.948 > 0.148) means that it can be said that there are positive effects of TQM Head Teacher School Quality Service, by r213 = coefficient of determination of 0.8986. This means that 89.89% of the variation of Teacher School Quality Service (X3) are affected by TQM Principal (X1). Second, there is a positive influence on Achievement Motivation Teacher Teacher School Quality Service is acceptable, it can be determined by t test calculations in which th> tt (73.92> 1.66). Third, there is a positive influence Principal Total Quality Management (X1) of the Teacher Achievement Motivation (X2) can be accepted, it can be determined by t test calculations in which th> tt (32.31 > 1.66).

Abstract

The problem of this research is that there are still many unprofessional teachers because teachers are the spearhead of the advancement of a nation. The purpose of this study was to determine the education level, status, certification, and age of junior high school teachers in East Jakarta. The population in this study were all teachers in East Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation and questionnaires. To get an accurate assessment, the assessment of the results of the questionnaire is carried out with a descriptive quantitative assessment. The results of the study show that there are still 491 high school teachers, 2416 auxiliary and honorary teachers, and 2391 who have not been certified, and there is still a lack of young teachers. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that public schools in East Jakarta need to increase the level, status, and certification of teachers, and consider age in accepting teachers.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah masih banyak tenaga guru yang belum professional dikarenakan tenaga guru adalah ujung tombak majunya suatu bangsa.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenjang pendidikan, status, sertifikasi, dan usia Guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Jakarta Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru-guru yang ada di Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi dan angket. Untuk mendapatkan penilaian yang akurat, maka penilaian hasil angket dilakukan dengan penilaian kuantitatif deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyaknya guru-guru yang berjenjang SLTA 253, guru bantu dan honor 937, dan yang belum tersertifikasi 1108, serta masih kurangnya guru yang berusia muda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka disarankan kepada sekolah negri yang ada di Jakarta Selatan perlu ada peningkatan jenjang, status, dan sertifikasi guru, serta perlu ada pertimbangan  usia dalam menerima tenaga guru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Rayon 16 Jakarta Timur tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis jalur. Populasi adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri di Rayon 16 Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 198 guru, sampel 132 guru dengan metode random, dan 30 orang guru sebagai sample uji coba di luar sampel. Penelitian ini memiliki 3 hipotesis, dan setelah diukur maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap etos kerja guru (X3) dimana diperoleh persamaan regresi  = 43,075+ 0,639X1, koefisien korelasi r13= 0,641 dan koefisien pengaruh X1 terhadap X3 p31 = 0,36 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,410 yang menerangkan bahwa 41,00% variansi variabel etos kerja guru dijelaskan/ditentukan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah. (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif yang signifikan lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap etos kerja guru (X3) dan diperoleh persamaan regresi  = 40,002 + 0,619X2 koefisien korelasi r23 = 0,669, dengan koefisien pengaruh X2 terhadap X3 p32= 0,44, pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,448 yang menerangkan bahwa 44,80% variansi variabel etos kerja guru dijelaskan/ditentukan oleh variabel lingkungan kerja. (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap lingkungan kerja dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi  = 47,927 + 0,619X1, koefisien korelasi r12 = 0,639 dengan koefisien pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap lingkungan kerja p21 = 0,64 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,408 yang menerangkan bahwa 40,80% variansi variabel lingkungan kerja dijelaskan/ditentukan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal at SD Negeri Sukajaya 01 Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency. The method used is the Qualitative Method. The evaluation model used is inequality (DEM). Collecting data obtained from various sources, backgrounds and sources through literature study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Principal in managing the School in Standards of Facilities and Infrastructure and Standards of Educators and Education Personnel needs to be improved. The research subjects are the Principal, and the teachers. The object of research is all that is in the school under study. The research instrument intended as a data collection tool in this study were: grid sheets equipped with interview guidelines, in the form of questions, observations, and documentation studies of all observation activities carried out. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are planning, data collection, data separator, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) the fulfillment of the standard of facilities and infrastructure is not optimal 2) the fulfillment of the standards of educators and education personnel needs to be improved 3) the fulfillment of the standards of sarpras and teaching and educational staff is not in accordance with the duties and functions of the principal. Duties and functions of the Principal as Manager 4) need to analyze the school's obstacles and challenges through a SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenjang pendidikan, status, sertifikasi, dan usia Guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Jakarta Barat. Masalah penelitian ini adalah masih banyak tenaga guru yang belum professional dikarenakan tenaga guru adalah ujung tombak majunya suatu bangsa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru-guru yang ada di jakarta barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi dan angket. Untuk mendapatkan penilaian yang akurat, maka penilaian hasil angket dilakukan dengan penilaian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwamasih banyaknya guru-guru yang berjenjang SLTA 308 guru, guru bantu dan honor 1011 guru, dan yang belum tersertifikasi 1399, serta masih kurangnya guru yang berusia muda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka disarankan kepada sekolah negri yang ada di Jakarta barat perlu ada peningkatan jenjang, status, dan sertifikasi guru, serta perlu ada pertimbangan  usia dalam menerima tenaga guru.

Abstract

Decision Support System Selection of the location of an educational institution using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is a system that can determine the decision making to choose an educational institution based on the criteria and alternatives that have been determined. There are various factors that must be considered when choosing an educational institution. The determination of an educational institution must go through proper analysis and calculations so that an educational institution can be determined in accordance with what is seen from various aspects. In determining the selection of educational institutions, must have several criteria that have been set. These criteria include facilities, price, and location. The above problem can be solved by using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, because this method is able to provide decision support for multi-criteria and multi-alternative problems. With a Decision Support System that uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, it can speed up and make it easier to make decisions to choose an educational institution in accordance with predetermined criteria.

Abstract

The Office of Communication, Informatics, Encryption and Statistics of Banten Province often experiences problems in managing letters, especially when searching for the desired letter takes a long time and when making reports whose results are not accurate, this is because there are still many errors in the data recording process and still using the system. which is manual where the recording is still using a ledger and making letters is still manual, namely making in word. To make it easier to collect outgoing mail, a system that has good data recording and storage is needed. Based on the existing problems, the researcher proposes a new system in managing outgoing mail, and has a storage area in the form of an information system. The outgoing mail system at Diskominfo Banten Province was developed using the PHP programming language with MYSQL database, the research method used was the flowmap method, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) with waterfall development, while the data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and literature review. With this web-based outgoing mail management information system, it can make it easier to make letters, record letters, archive letters and report letters, besides that this system is expected to better support employee performance/activities in managing mail data.
