<![CDATA[ABSTRAKBadan Usaha Miliki Desa (BUMDes) sebagai wadah pengembangan ekonomi kreatif masyarakatdesa Rumbia belum mampu menjalankan usahanya dengan baik sesuai dengan potensi produk masyarakat.Produksi jagung pertahun mencapai 500 ton dan gula aren berkisar 200 biji/minggu, keberadaan produkini belum diakomodir lewat BUMDes. Konsentrasi pengembangan usaha di desa Rumbia dari 2016-2019adalah usaha depot air isi ulang yang sekarang mengalami kemandekan yang disebabkan dari transparansipengelolaan anggaran dan program BUMDes tidak sesuai dengan potensi produktif ekonomi masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat faktor penyebab BUMDes di desa Rumbia mengalami kemandekan. Denganmengunakan metode penulisan deskriptif kualitatif, hasil analisis dari penelitian ini benar-benar sesuaidengan kondisi yang terjadi dilapangan mengenai pengelolaan BUMDes.Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, BUMDes, Desa RumbiaABSTRACTVillage Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a forum for developing the creative economy of the Rumbiavillage community have not been able to run their businesses properly in accordance with the potential ofcommunity products.
