<![CDATA[Types of research used in this study is research and development. From the analysis of the first round Delphi technique contained 22 items about which a consensus has been reached, while the remaining seven have not reached a consensus about the items that need to be continued into the second round. In the second round, seven items had reached a consensus about it. From the analysis of the third round of the Delphi technique, all items are a matter has reached a consensus. KKM define the next steps in a way to calculate the average value of each item is a matter of opinion of teachers who have reached a consensus in the third round.
