Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: (1) the personality to motivate nurses (2) commitment to work on work motivation of nurses (3) emotional maturity on work motivation nurses (4) personality to the performance of nurses, (5) commitment to work towards the performance of nurses (6) emotional maturity on the performance of nurses (7) motivation affect the performance of nurses and (8) the indirect influence of personality, commitment, emotional maturity affect the performance of nurses Aceh Mental Hospital through work motivation. This is done on location research BLUD Aceh Mental Hospital. As for the object of this study is the influence of personality, commitment and emotional maturity affect motivation for nurses, personality, commitment and emotional maturity either simultaneously or partially affect the performance of nurses, work motivation affect the performance of nurses and personality, commitment and emotional maturity affect the performance of nurses through work motivation. This indicates indirectly that the three variables can also affect the performance improvement nurse.Keywords Personality, Work Commitment, Emotional Maturity, Work Motivation and Performance NursesAbstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) kepribadian terhadap motivasi kerja perawat (2) komitmen kerja terhadap motivasi kerja perawat (3) kematangan emosional terhadap motivasi kerja perawat (4) kepribadian terhadap kinerja perawat, (5) komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja perawat (6) kematangan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat (7) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dan (8) pengaruh tidak langsung kepribadian, komitmen kerja, kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh melalui motivasi kerja. Lokasi peneIitian ini dilakukan pada BLUD Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat, kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dan kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat melalui motivasi kerja. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara tidak langsung ketiga variabel tersebut juga dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja perawat.
