Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to test the influences of job mutation, workload, andinterpersonal conflict on job stress and its impact on employee performance of BPKPAceh Province. Respondents are employees BPKP Aceh totalling 100 people. Thedata were analysed using path analysis by SPSS. The results showed that the variableworkload is the most dominant factor affect the level of employee performance BPKPAceh Province. Therefore, the evaluation of the determination of workload effectivelyand efficiently must be a major concern by BPKP Aceh Province’s leader, it isintended to motivate employee performance and avoid saturation.Keywords: Job Mutation, Workload, Interpersonal Conflict, Job Stress, and EmployeePerformance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh mutasi kerja,beban kerja, dan konflik interpersonal terhadap stress kerja serta dampaknya padakinerja pegawai BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Aceh. Responden merupakan pegawaiBPKP Aceh yang berjumlah 100 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakananalisa jalur melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabelbeban kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap tingkatkinerja pegawai BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Aceh. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi terhadappenetapan beban kerja yang efektif dan efisien harus menjadi perhatian utama jajaranpimpinan BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Aceh, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk memotivasikinerja pegawai dan menghindari kejenuhan.Kata Kunci: Mutasi Kerja, Beban Kerja, Konflik Interpersonal, Stress Kerja, danKinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: (1) the personality to motivate nurses (2) commitment to work on work motivation of nurses (3) emotional maturity on work motivation nurses (4) personality to the performance of nurses, (5) commitment to work towards the performance of nurses (6) emotional maturity on the performance of nurses (7) motivation affect the performance of nurses and (8) the indirect influence of personality, commitment, emotional maturity affect the performance of nurses Aceh Mental Hospital through work motivation. This is done on location research BLUD Aceh Mental Hospital. As for the object of this study is the influence of personality, commitment and emotional maturity affect motivation for nurses, personality, commitment and emotional maturity either simultaneously or partially affect the performance of nurses, work motivation affect the performance of nurses and personality, commitment and emotional maturity affect the performance of nurses through work motivation. This indicates indirectly that the three variables can also affect the performance improvement nurse.Keywords    Personality, Work Commitment, Emotional Maturity, Work Motivation and Performance NursesAbstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) kepribadian terhadap motivasi kerja perawat (2) komitmen kerja terhadap motivasi kerja perawat (3) kematangan emosional terhadap motivasi kerja perawat (4) kepribadian terhadap kinerja perawat, (5) komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja perawat (6) kematangan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat (7) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dan (8) pengaruh tidak langsung kepribadian, komitmen kerja, kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh melalui motivasi kerja. Lokasi peneIitian ini dilakukan pada BLUD Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat, kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dan kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat melalui motivasi kerja. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara tidak langsung ketiga variabel tersebut juga dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja perawat. Kata kunci :      Kepribadian, Komitmen Kerja, Kematangan Emosional,Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Perawat

Abstract

This article summarized from the research report aimed at finding out the development of the ornament form of woven silk sarong of Mandar and its symbolic meanings. The method used was a descriptive qualitative one. The data was collected through observation, interviews and literature. Safri Sairin’s theory was used to study the development of the form of the ornament and Bagus Gede Triguna’s was used to study the symbolic meanings. The research results showed that the development of the ornament form of the woven silk sarong of Mandar had something to do with socio cultural changes, the economical level of the society, and the creativity of the weaver. The ornament in rectangle form in the society of Polewali Mandar symbolizes nature, glorious values of human characteristics and the concept of self-control. Keywords:  woven cloth, silk sarong of  Mandar, and development.
