<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Sejak dulu Kabupaten Kudus dikenal sebagai kota “santri”. Orang dari berbagai kota sekitar banyak yang menuntut ilmu di kota ini. Tidak hanya belajar di pondok saja, namun sekolah Madrasah Aliyah di Kudus juga sudah terkenal dalam pengajaran ilmu agama. Selain itu, Kudus juga mempunyai sekolah umum setingkat yang diminati masyarakat di sekitar kota ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya sistem informasi persebaran sekolah tingkat menengah atas khususnya untuk SMA dan MA.Sistem informasi ini dibangun berupa aplikasi webGIS Sekolah Menengah Atas. WebGIS digunakan karena dalam penyampaian dan tampilan sistem informasi geografis lebih menarik serta merepresentasikan kondisi sebenarnya. Lokasi sekolah ditampilkan dalam bentuk poligon area sekolah. Sebuah peta interaktif menampilkan lokasi sekolah yang dapat diubah oleh seorang admin dengan password tertentu, sehingga dapat disebut sebagai webGIS yang dinamis. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan struktur website HTML, bahasa pemrograman (Javascript dan PHP), MySQL sebagai pembuatan database, serta menggunakan peta dasar HERE Map.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi webGIS (smamakudus.com) yang berisi peta persebaran dan data informasi sekolah SMA dan MA di Kabupaten Kudus. Harapan dari aplikasi ini adalah dapat digunakan masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi data sekolah menengah atas menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan mudah digunakan. Many people from several nearby cities are studying in this city. Not only in Islamic boarding schools, but also in Kudus Madrasah Aliyah schools already well-known in the teaching of religious knowledge. Beside that, Kudus also has the same level of public school which favored by people around the city. With these conditions, it would require information system of distribution senior high school in Kudus especially for SMA and MA.Information system can be development by Senior High School WebGIS Application. The WebGIS is used to represent based on the actual conditions of school in an eye-catching view and presenting geographical information system. School location described as polygon. An interactive map displayed school location which can be changed by an administrator with a special password that can make this webGIS is dynamic. This application developed with HTML website structure, programming language (JavaScript and PHP), MySQL as the database and base map from HERE Map.Results from this study is a webGIS application (smamakudus.com) that contains map distribution and data information of SMA and MA in Kudus. The expectation of this application can be used for public to access senior high school data information to be more easier, quickly and user friendly.
