<![CDATA[This research is a study of the role of the Head of Kanekes Village on education of theOuter Baduy community as one of the tribes in Indonesia. The research approach isqualitative with interview techniques, document studies and observations. Education inquestion is education can be beneficial for his family and can even be useful for his tribe,the Baduy. Basically, Baduy already has rules or Pikukuh that is very strong, but becauseof the enormous encouragement that has made Pikukuh already violated and need to beunderlined those who carry out education does not mean they are not subject toPikukuh, but they see the long term after following education.
