The purpose of this research was aimed to find out the improvement of students learning motivation through group guidance. The research used quasi experiment, one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this research were six students. The data collection technique used was learning motivation scale. The results showed the students learning motivation at school could be improved through group guidance, by the result of Wilcoxon test. Statistical analysis result showed that Zhitung= -2,207 Ztabel= 1,645, then Ho was denied, Ha was accepted, it meant that students learning motivation could be improved through group guidance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok, hal ini ditunjukkan hasil uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan Zhitung= -2,207 Ztabel= 1,645, maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima, artinya bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok, motivasi belajar
