Peningkatan Kedisiplinan di Sekolah Menggunakan Layanan Konseling Kelompok Teknik Percontohan

The problem of the research is the student’s dicipline in the school. The set of the problem of the research is what group counseling exampling technique. The purpose of the research is to know the use of group counseling exampling technique in improving the student’s dicipline in the school. The research using the quasi experiment method with pretest posttest design. The subjects of the research as much 21 students who have diverse the dicipline. The data collecting technique of the research using observation. The data analysis of the research using paired sample t test. The result of the research showing that the group counseling exampling technique can using to improve the student’s dicipline. It’s show from improving the student’s dicipline in the school amounting to 45.28 % and the result of data analysis with using paired sample t-test, obtained tcount ttable (22.267 2.086). So, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of the research is the group counseling exampling technique can using to improving the student’s dicipline class X SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2017/2018.Masalah penelitian ini adalah kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan konseling kelompok teknik percontohan dalam meningkatan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 21 siswa yang memiliki kedisiplinan beragam. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok teknik percontohan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah. Ini ditunjukkan dari peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah sebesar 45.28% dan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan paired sample t-test, diperoleh thitung ttabel (22.267 2.086) maka, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah konseling kelompok teknik percontohan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: disiplin siswa, konseling kelompok, teknik percontohan
