PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENGUNGKAPKAN PENDAPAT MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK ASSERTIVE TRAINING SISWA KELAS XII SMA

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to increase the capability to express the opinion with using assertive training techniques. This study used quasi experimental methods research, with one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subject were 10 students. Data collection technique used observation. The result of data analysis by using the Wilcoxon test showed that zratio = -2.805 ztable = 1.645 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it meant that the capability to express the opinion of student can be improved by using assertive training techniques.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat dengan menggunakan teknik assertive training. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental dengan jenis one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil analisis data dengan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa zhitung = 2,805 ztabel = 1,645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, itu berarti kemampuan mengungkapan pendapat siswa dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan teknik assertive training.Kata kunci : bimbingan konseling, assertive training, mengungkapkan pendapat
