Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan komponen ekstrak biji srikaya (Annona squamosa) dalam fraksi etil asetat dengan instrumen kromatografi gas-spektrometri massa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah biji Annona squamosa dan objek penelitian ini adalah komponen yang terkandung dalam ekstrak biji Annona squamosa. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi dengan larutan etanol 70% selama seminggu. Hasil ekstraksi difraksinasi dengan silika kolom kromatografi dengan kenaikan polaritas dari eluen kloroform, etil asetat, dan metanol. Hasil GC-MS analisis dari fraksi etil asetat mengidentifikasi sembilan belas senyawa, antara lain 15-heptadekenal (0.13%), asam heksadekanoat (22.28%), asam tetradekanoat (5.60%), asam heptadekanoat (0.84%), asam oktadek-9-enoat (49.54%), asam oktadekanoat (8.45%), asam 2,4-Ikosadienoat (6.98%), siklotetrakosana (0.29%), bis(2-etilheksil) heksanadioat (0.66%), 5,15,24-trihidroksi bistetrahidrofuran asetogenin (2.78%), dan sembilan senyawa tidak teridentifikasi.Kata Kunci : Annona squamosa, fraksi etil asetat, komponen, kromatografi gas- spektrometri masa The aim of this study is to determine the ethyl acetate fraction components of srikaya (Annona squamosa) seed extract by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The subject of the study is Annona squamosa seed, meanwhile the object is the components of Annona squamosa seed extract. The air-dried powder of seed was macerated with ethanol 70% within a week then fractionated by using silica column chromatography with increasing eluent polarities of chloroform, ethyl acetate, and methanol. The gas chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis of the ethyl acetate fraction reveals the existence of nineteen components, namely 15-heptadecenal (0.13%), n-hexadecanoic acid (22.28%), tetradecanoic acid (5.60%), heptadecanoic acid (0.84%), octadec-9-enoic acid (49.54%), octadecanoic acid (8.45%), 2,4-Icosadienoic acid (6.98%), cyclotetracosane (0.29%), bis(2-ethylhexyl) hexanedioate (0.66%), 5,15,24-trihydroxy bistetrahydrofuran acetogenin (2.78%), and nine unidentified compounds.keyword : Annona squamosa, component, ethyl acetate fraction, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
