Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berawal dari kenyataan di Taman Kanak-kanak Lillah Tabing Padang bahwa kecerdasan kinestetik anak belum berkembang dengan baik karena terlihat pada saat bermain keseimbangan dan ketangkasan anak masih belum berkembang secara optimal dan masih terbatasnya permainan-permainan yang dapat dirancang guru serta digunakan oleh anak sehingga kurang efektifnya perkembangan kecerdasan kinestetik anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Lillah Tabing Padang. Permainan somdah ini memfokuskan pada keseimbangan dan ketangkasan karena cara yang digunakan dalam permainan ini membutuhkan tenaga dan kekuatan untuk bertumpu pada sebelah kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan permainan somdah terhadap kecerdasan kinestetik anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Lillah Tabing Padang. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat keefektifan dalam penggunaan permainan tradisional somdah terhadap kecerdasan kinestetik anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Lillah Tabing. Kata Kunci : somdah, Kecerdasan Kinestetik Abstract This study originated from the fact in kindergarten Lillah Tabing Padang that child kinesthetic intelligence is not well developed as shown in the balance and agility while playing children develop optimally yet still limited and games that can be designed and used by the child's teacher so lack of effective development of the child kinesthetic intelligence in kindergarten Lillah Tabing Padang. Somdah game focuses on balance and agility as the means used in this game requires power and strength to rely on foot. This study aims to determine the effectiveness somdah game against child kinesthetic intelligence in kindergarten Lillah Tabing Padang. The hypothesis of this study is that there is effectiveness in the use of traditional games kinesthetic intelligence somdah against children in kindergarten Lillah Tabing.
