PENGARUH MEDIA KOTAK MISTERI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERCERITA ANAK DI TAMAN KANAK – KANAK FIRDAUS KECAMATAN DANAU KEMBAR KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Media Kotak Misteri terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak di TK Firdaus Kecamatan Danau Kembar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan jenis penelitiannya adalah quasy experiment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan Kotak misteri adalah 81,5 dengan standar deviasi yang diperoleh 5,65 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yang menggunakan buku bergambar adalah 76,3 dengan standar deviasi yang diperoleh 5,93.  Berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t (t-test) diperoleh thitung 18,550 sedangkan ttabel adalah 2,16, sehingga thitung > ttabel. Perbandingan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak dengan menggunakan Kotak Misteri. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Kotak misteri berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak di TK Firdaus Kecamatan Danau Kembar. Kata kunci: Media Kotak Misteri, Kemampuan bercerita   The research aims to determine the effect of Mystery Box media toward the children's ability of telling a story at TK Firdaus. This research also use the quantitative approach with an experimental method and the type of this research is the quasy experiment. Based on  the result of  the research, it has acquired mean of the experiment class of using the Mystery Box is 81,5 with 5,65 the standard of deviation and 76,3 mean of the class control by using a picture book with 5,93the standard of deviation. Based on t-test calculation, it has acquired 18,550 tcount. Where as ttable is 2,16. So that, tcount > ttable. This ratio shows that there is a significant influence toward the children’s ability in telling a story by using the Mystery Box media. Therefore, it can be conclude that using the Mystery Box media had an effect on the children’s ability in telling a story of TK Firdaus.   Keywords: Mystery Box,  Children’s Ability of Telling.
