Abstract

ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study is the impact of service quality and the promotion of the public s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch  Solok Selatan . The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the effect of service quality and the promotion of the public s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan . The methodology used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis . The technique of collecting data using questionnaires , such as statements regarding the quality of service and promotion of the community s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan . Collected through documentation related to the bank . First results showed that : The quality of care affect the society s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan  indicated by the coefficient value of 0.403 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Second : Promotion effect on people s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan indicated by a coefficient of 0.367 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Third : Service quality and Promotions jointly influence the public s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan indicated by the F - statistic of 50.148 , with a significant value of 0.000 < α = 5 % , and the R - squared value of 0.511 amounted to 51.1 % , which means the decision to save the people affected by the variable quality of service and promotion while the rest is explained by other variables . From this study the authors concluded that the quality of service and promotion effect on people s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Solok Selatan , for it suggested to the management of the bank to pay more attention to the quality of service provided to clients and work to improve the promotion in order to increase the public s decision to save in Bank Nagari Branch  Solok Selatan ,

Abstract

Child's world is a world of play. Through play, children can have greater opportunities to enhance social development, emotional development, and better able to develop interpersonal relationships because the child has the opportunity to interact with their peers. The pattern of play that involves interaction with colleagues can be found in traditional games. When playing traditional games, children are invited to gather and get to know their peers. This research was conducted to determine the effect of traditional game of interpersonal competence with peers in elementary school children.The population of this research is a third-grade students SDN Srondol Wetan 04-09 and SDN Srondol Wetan 05-08 with a sample size of 28 students. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling. Data collected by Interpersonal Competence Scale with Peer's (α = 0.805). The treatment given to the experimental group in the form of traditional games for six consecutive times with a duration of 75 minutes.Based on data analysis with statistical nonparametric methods Mann-Withney U test showed that there is interpersonal competence differences between children who participated in traditional games with children who do not follow traditional game activities. This is shown by the significant level of 0.924 (p>0.05) before treatment and the significance level of 0.000 (p> 0.05) after administration of treatment in the experimental group.Based on the analysis of research and is supported by previous studies, it can be concluded that the activities of Traditional Games influence of interpersonal competence with peers in elementary school children.Keywords : traditional games, interpersonal competence with peers, elementary school childrenPermalink :

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Media Kotak Misteri terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak di TK Firdaus Kecamatan Danau Kembar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan jenis penelitiannya adalah quasy experiment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan Kotak misteri adalah 81,5 dengan standar deviasi yang diperoleh 5,65 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yang menggunakan buku bergambar adalah 76,3 dengan standar deviasi yang diperoleh 5,93.  Berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t (t-test) diperoleh thitung 18,550 sedangkan ttabel adalah 2,16, sehingga thitung > ttabel. Perbandingan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak dengan menggunakan Kotak Misteri. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Kotak misteri berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak di TK Firdaus Kecamatan Danau Kembar. Kata kunci: Media Kotak Misteri, Kemampuan bercerita   The research aims to determine the effect of Mystery Box media toward the children's ability of telling a story at TK Firdaus. This research also use the quantitative approach with an experimental method and the type of this research is the quasy experiment. Based on  the result of  the research, it has acquired mean of the experiment class of using the Mystery Box is 81,5 with 5,65 the standard of deviation and 76,3 mean of the class control by using a picture book with 5,93the standard of deviation. Based on t-test calculation, it has acquired 18,550 tcount. Where as ttable is 2,16. So that, tcount > ttable. This ratio shows that there is a significant influence toward the children’s ability in telling a story by using the Mystery Box media. Therefore, it can be conclude that using the Mystery Box media had an effect on the children’s ability in telling a story of TK Firdaus.   Keywords: Mystery Box,  Children’s Ability of Telling.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimanakah minat membaca siswa kelas IV di perpustakaan SD Negeri Ujong Patihah Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya (2) Faktor apa sajakah yang menghambat dan mendukung dalam minat membaca siswa kelas IV di perpustakaan SD Negeri Ujong Patihah Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah minat membaca siswa kelas IV di perpustakaan SD Negeri Ujong Patihah Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya. (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor apa sajakah yang menghambat dan mendukung dalam minat membaca siswa kelas IV di perpustakaan SD Negeri Ujong Patihah Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif (descriptive research. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru yang menjabat sebagai ketua unit perpustakaan, dan siswa SD Negeri Ujong Patihah. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Siswa SD Negeri Ujong Patihah memiliki minat membaca yang sangat tinggi di perpustakaan, hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan persentase tertinggi dengan kategori “selalu” sebasar 73,0%, bahwa dengan belajar di perpustakaan memang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan minat membaca siswa karena perpustakaan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa, sebab perpustakaan merupakan jantung sebuah sekolah. Adapun faktor pendukung minat membaca siswa di perpustakaan  adalah sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang menjdi komponen penting yang mendukung minat membaca siswa di perpustakaan, adanya jadwal kunjungan perpustakaan oleh siswa yang ditetapkan langsung oleh sekolah, merupakan suatu hal yang sangat mendukung dalam meningkatkan minat membaca siswa di perpustakan, semangat guru dalam mendampingi siswa, antusias dan semangat siswa, kerjasama yang baik antar warga sekolah. Adapun faktor yang menghambat minat membaca siswa di perpustakaan adalah tidak adanya kartu kunjungan perpustakaan oleh siswa, tidak adanya staf pembantu kepala unit perpustakaan di di sekolah, mood (keadaan hati) siswa yang berubah-rubah, sifat siswa yang berbeda-beda. Kata Kunci          :  Minat Membaca, Perpustakaan Sekolah.

Abstract

The lack of access to clean water services had led a significant portion of the community in Teluk Melano Village to rely on river water and rainwater as their primary sources to meet their needs. Teluk Melano Village has the highest population in the Simpang Hilir District, Kayong Utara Regency. As of now, Teluk Melano Village does not have a Clean Water Supply System (BPAM). Therefore, a study was needed to meet the demand for clean water by conducting a Clean WaterTreatment Plant (IPA Bersih) Planning for Teluk Melano Village. This study aimed to design a clean water supply system with a planning period of the next 15 years (2023-2037). The method used involved primary data collection based on SNI 6989.57.2008 and SNI 8066:2015, and secondary data collection sourced from the Teluk Melano Village Monograph for the years 2020 and 2022. The total demand for clean water in Teluk Melano Village in 2037 would be 3.39 liters/second with a population of 1930 people. The results of the water quality test of the Melani River in this study showed that the parameters of E-coli, color, and pH, based on Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021, Class1, on the Implementation and Management of the Environment, did not meet the standard quality requirements for clean water. The planned Water Treatment Plant (WTP) included a complete conventional treatment process, including coagulation using hydraulic type rapid mixing utilizing gravity on the waterfall, flocculation using vertical baffled channels, sedimentation using plate settlers to reduce turbidity, filtration using rapid sand filters with filter media consisting of quartz sand and support media consisting of gravel, disinfection using chemical disinfectant in the form of chlorine solution, neutralization using a dosing pump for the addition of lime, and the type of reservoir used is a ground reservoir.Keywords: clean water, Water Treatment Plant, Teluk Melano Village

Abstract

Out-of-school teenagers are teenagers who cannot continue or stop going to school before completing primary and secondary education. This is caused by special conditions experienced by teenagers, such as a lack of parental guidance in motivating them to go to school. Basically, the impact of dropping out of school is a lack of insight or knowledge possessed by teenagers, the future of teenagers is unclear. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research which describes the role of parents in teenagers dropping out of school in Jorong Kapuah Nagari Sumani, Solok Regency. In collecting data, researchers used observation and interview techniques, while to analyze it, researchers used data reduction, data presentation and data verification steps. The results of the research show that there are several roles of parents for teenagers who have dropped out of school in Jorong Kapuah Nagari Sumani, Solok Regency, namely the role of parents for teenagers who have dropped out of school, including, for teenagers who have dropped out of school, parents as mentors, for teenagers who have dropped out of school, parents as a facilitator and for teenagers who have dropped out of school, parents as motivators for teenagers who have dropped out of school in Jorong Kapuah Nagari Sumani, Solok Regency.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan kesehatan hewan kurban merupakan langkah krusial dalam menjamin kualitas dan keamanan produk hewani, khususnya di Kota Bukittinggi yang memiliki tradisi kurban tahunan yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan fokus pada pemeriksaan kesehatan hewan kurban melalui prosedur antemortem dan postmortem. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi kesehatan fisik hewan, mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai risiko penyakit zoonosis, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya memilih hewan kurban yang sehat. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pemeriksaan langsung pada beberapa pasar hewan utama di Bukittinggi, melibatkan tim kesehatan hewan dan pendampingan bagi peternak dan pedagang. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan sebagian besar hewan kurban dalam kondisi baik dan layak konsumsi, tetapi ditemukan beberapa kasus parasit eksternal dan infeksi parasit cacing pita pada beberapa ekor sapi. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pemeriksaan komprehensif sebagai langkah pencegahan dalam menekan risiko penyebaran penyakit yang dapat membahayakan konsumen. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat serta memberikan dampak positif dalam menjaga kualitas dan keamanan produk hewani bagi kesehatan publik. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan kesehatan hewan di tingkat lokal, guna mendukung keamanan pangan di masa depan.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbahasa merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini terutama pada fase di bawah tujuh tahun yang dikenal sebagai masa keemasan (Golden Age). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan media Wordwall sebagai alat bantu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak usia dini di TK Islam Mutiara Al-Madani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan empat tahap berdasarkan prinsip Milles dan Huberman yaitu Reduksi data, Interpretasi data, pengajian data dan penarian Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall secara sistematis melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak. Anak-anak menjadi lebih terampil dalam menyebutkan simbol huruf, mengenal bunyi awal kata, serta memahami hubungan antara bunyi dan bentuk huruf. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Wordwall merupakan alat bantu yang efektif dan relevan untuk memperkuat keterampilan literasi anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of interaction between children in playgroups at RA Ar Rohmah Kalibatur in the 2024/2025 Academic Year on the development of language skills. The language skills of early childhood are very important as a basis for their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Social interactions that occur in playgroups play a major role in stimulating speaking, listening, and communicating skills effectively. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study indicate that interactions between children in playgroups at RA Ar Rohmah Kalibatur in the 2024/2025 Academic Year can improve their language skills, especially in the aspects of speaking, listening, and communicating with peers.

Abstract

Background and Aim: IPB D1 chicken is a crossbreed developed by crossing local Indonesian chickens-Pelung, Sentul, and Kampung-with commercial broilers. This crossbreeding initiative led by researchers from the Faculty of Animal Science at IPB University, aims to develop a meat-type chicken breed that is well adapted to traditional backyard farming systems commonly found in rural areas.Materials and Methods: The objective of this study was to evaluate the resistance of IPB D1 chickens carrying the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) gene against Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis. A total of 11 chickens were used in this experiment. Detection of the TLR4 gene was conducted using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and sequencing techniques, followed by assessment of the chickens' immune response through total and differential leukocyte counts.Results: The results showed that IPB D1 chickens with the TLR4-positive genotypes (GG and AG) exhibited stronger immune responses and more stable leukocyte profiles compared to TLR4-negative chickens (AA genotype) following exposure to S. Enteritidis. These findings suggest that the TLR4 gene plays an important role in innate immunity and may enhance resistance to bacterial infection.Conclusion: Overall, this study highlights the potential of IPB D1 chickens as a resilient local breed suited for sustainable poultry farming, particularly in resource limited environments.Keywords: IPB D1 chickens, leukocyte profile, non-specific immune response, Salmonella Enteritidis, TLR4 gene
