Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan komik pencemaran udara sebagai media pembelajaran kelas VII SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua tahapan yaitu tahap pembuatan komik dan tahap validasi komik. Validasi komik dilakukan oleh pakar materi dan pakar media yang terdiri dari tiga orang dosen FKIP Untan, dua orang Guru SMP di Pontianak dan seorang penulis naskah komik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komik pencemaran udara dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran sub materi pencemaran udara kelas VII SMP dengan nilai rata-rata validasi oleh pakar materi sebesar 3,54 dan nilai rata-rata validasi oleh pakar media sebesar 3,38.   Kata kunci: Komik, pencemaran udara, validasi Abstract: This research aimed to determine the feasibility of the air pollution comic as a learning medium for VII grade in Junior High School. It was a descriptive method. The study was done in two stages which were stage of making comics and stage of comic validation. Comic validation done by material experts and media experts who were consisted of three FKIP Untan lectures, two junior high school teacher in Pontianak and a comic script writer. The results showed that air pollution comic were valid and feasible for use as a learning medium for air pollution sub material for VII grade with the average validation results of the material experts was 3,54 and average value of the media experts was 3,38.
