Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan perbedaan hasil belajar dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 1 Melawi pada teori asam basa sebelum dan setelah diberi pembelajaran menggunakan inkuiri terbimbing serta memberikan gambaran profil keterampilan berpikir kritis. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas XI IPA 1 yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Hasil belajar dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa diukur menggunakan tes tertulis berbentuk essai dan wawancara. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxondiperoleh nilai Asymp.Sig(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dan keterampilan berpikir kritis sebelum dan sesudah diberi pembelajaran dengan inkuiri terbimbing. Sebelum diberikan perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing sebanyak 96.29% siswa berada pada kategori tidak terampil. setelah diberi pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing sebanyak 62.96% siswa berada pada kategori terampil. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan, Berpikir Kritis, Hasil Belajar, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Teori Asam Basa Abstract: The aim of this study to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes and critical thinking skills of students of class XI IPA 1 SMAN 1 Melawi on acid-base theory before and after being given the use of guided inquiry learning as well as provide an overview of critical thinking skills profile. This study is pre-experimental study with were students of class XI IPA 1 totaling 27 students. Results of learning and critical thinking skills of students were measured using the form of essays written tests and interviews. The result of statistical test, there are differences in learning outcomes and critical thinking skills before and after given a guided inquiry learning. Before being given treatment with guided inquiry learning model as much as 96.29% of students are in the unskilled category.
