Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan penuntun praktikum pencemaran udara hasil analisis jumlah stomata dan kadar klorofil tumbuhan sebagai bahan ajar pada sub materi pencemaran udara. Bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dikembangkan dari penelitian analisis jumlah stomata dan kadar klorofil. Validasi penuntun praktikum dilakukan oleh dua orang dosen pendidikan Biologi FKIP Untan dan tiga orang guru bidang studi biologi. Hasil analisis validasi penuntun praktikum menunjukkan rata-rata total validasi sebesar 3,47 dan tergolong valid, sehingga penuntun praktikum pencemaran udara layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada sub materi pencemaran udara kelas X SMA. Namun, perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penggunaan penuntun praktikum di sekolah. Kata kunci: Kelayakan, penuntun praktikum, pencemaran udara. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the feasibility of practicum guidance on the analysis of air pollution based on the number of stomata  and chlorophyll level as teaching material in the sub material of air pollution. The study was descriptive research who developed from the research of stomata number and chlorophyll level. The validation of practicum guidance was conducted by two Biology lecturers of FKIP Untan and three biology teachers. The results of practicum guidance validation analysis showed that the average total validation was 3.47 and classified as valid, so air pollution practicum was feasible to be used as teaching material in the sub material of air pollution for class X SMA. However, further research needs to be done to determine the student’s response to the use of practicum guidance in schools.Key word:  Feasibility, practicum guidance, air pollution.
