<![CDATA[Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota, Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota yang berjumlah 77 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja guru pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota. Dengan demikian, kepala sekolah dengan gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi akademik dapat membantu guru-guru dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja sehingga menjadi guru yang profesional. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Supervisi Akademik, Disiplin Abstract :This study aims to reveal the influence of leadership style and academic supervision of the school head teacher working discipline at the State Primary School in the district of Kota Pontianak, Pontianak. This study uses a quantitative approach. Samples were teachers in public primary schools in the District of Pontianak City which amounted to 77 people. Results of the analysis showed a positive relationship between leadership style and academic supervision of the school head together to work discipline teachers in public primary schools in the District of Pontianak City. Thus, the principal style of leadership and academic supervision can assist teachers in improving work discipline to become a professional teacher.
