PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di SD Negeri Gugus I Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan yang berjumlah 57 orang, dan yang  menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 57 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1. Teknik observasi langsung, 2. Teknik komunikasi langsung, 3. Teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan 4. Teknik studi dokumenter. Sedangkan alat untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah 1. Pedoman interview, 2. Kuesioner dan 3. dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,813 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,660 (66,)0%). Hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat dan transformasional, maka tingkat kinerja guru semakin tinggi pula. Sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi sekolah, maka tingkat kinerja guru semakin rendah. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Tranformasional, Iklim Organisasi,   Kinerja Guru Abstract: This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, and the population in this study were teachers with the status of civil servants (PNS) in elementary school I Sub Cluster South Pontianak which amounted to 57 people, and that the research samples are 57 people. Data collection techniques used are: 1. direct observation techniques, 2. direct communication techniques, 3. techniques of indirect communication, and 4. techniques of documentary studies. While the tool for collecting data used is 1. Guidelines for interviews, questionnaires and 3. 2. documentation. The following results: The results of this study also proves that there are significant transformational leadership principals and school organizational climate on teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.813 and the determination coefficient = 0.660 (66) 0%). This result explains that the higher the level and transformational, then the level of the higher teacher performance. Conversely the lower the level of transformational leadership and organizational climate of the school, then the lower the level of teacher performance.
