<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas remediasi penerapan model active learning yang mengalami miskonsepsi pada materi gerak lurus di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini berupa pre-eksperimen menggunakan one group pretest-postest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 38 siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa teknik pengukuran menggunakan tes diagnostik berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan alasan sebanyak 10 soal. Hasil analisis data diperoleh (183,64) > (3,84). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan miskonsepsi siswa yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah remediasi menggunakan model active learning pada materi gerak lurus.
