Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa menulis karangan narasi dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 15 Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 28 siswa, menggunakan tiga siklus setiap siklus berisi satu kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa menulis karangan narasi mengalami peningkatan setiap siklusnya hal ini dibuktikan dengan pada siklus I sebesar 48,14 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 14,2 menjadi 62,34 pada siklus II. Kemudian mengalami peningkatan lagi sebesar 7,85 dengan nilai rata-rata 70,19 pada siklus III. Kata kunci : Peningkatan, kemampuan menulis, contextual teaching and learning   Abstract: This research aim to for the description of ability of student write composition of narasi with approach of learning and teaching contextual class of V Elementary School Country 15 Pontianak South. Method Research the used descriptive method. Research Subjek in this research class student of V amounting to 28 student, using three cycle each contain once meeting which consist of planning phase, execution, and perception of refleksi. Average value ability of student write composition of narasi natural make-up of each;every its cycle this matter proved with cycle of I equal to 48,14 experiencing of the make-up of equal to 14,2 becoming 62,34 cycle of II. Then experience of improvement again equal to 7,85 with average value 70, cycle of III.   Keywords : Improvement, the ability to write, contextual teaching and learning
