<![CDATA[AbstractThe background of this research was that are meanings of dance property symbols that need to be revealed in connection with the use of the property of Selodang Mayang in the Selodang Mayang Dance. The method used in this research was descriptive method. This form of research is qualitative research. The research approach used is the iconographic approach. The source of the data in this study was the result of interviews with the speakers of Raja Mardan Adi Jaya Kusuma Ibrahim, Decky Prasetya and Budi Harun. Data Collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection tool in this study is the researcher as the main instrument, interview guilde and documentation tools. The result of this study were the meaning of property symbol Selodang Mayang is as a binder of friendship and togetherness of welcoming guests at the robo-robo event. Mayang describe is the diversity that exists in Indonesian society consisting of various tribes, religions, races and groups, especially on the island of Pedalaman Mempawah Regency.This is in accordance with the tradition that at first this dance was danced by court ladies to welcome the guest of the King that came.Keywords: Dance Property, Selodang Mayang, Symbol Meaning ]]>
