<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi praktik kerja industri siswa, minat siswa bekerja menjadi mekanik dan mengetahui hubungan serta pengaruh prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat bekerja menjadi mekanik pada siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional serta regresi sederhana. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sensus artinya seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Terdapat dua instrumen yaitu instrumen prestasi praktik kerja industri yang berupa soal tes dan instrumen minat bekerja menjadi mekanik yang berupa angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Instrumen prestasi praktik kerja industri terdapat 30 butir yang dipakai dengan nilai mean 75,71 dan Standar deviasi 3,368 sedangkan instrumen minat bekerja menjadi mekanik terdapat 15 butir yang valid dengan nilai mean 45,99 standar deviasi 5,952 dan reliabilitas 0,784 (2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara prestasi praktik kerja industri dengan minat bekerja menjadi mekanik yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rxy 0,518 ≥ r tabel 0,2369 P ≥ 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat bekerja menjadi mekanik yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu sebesar 0,268. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat bekerja menjadi mekanik sebesar 26,8%. Abstract Research aims to understand achievement work practices industry students, interest students work to be mechanical and he knows relations as well as the influence achievement work practices industry to interest work to be mechanical in a student of class XII TKR State Vocational Schools 1 Sidoarjo.This research using the methodology correlational regression quantitative and simple. The population was a student of class XII TKR State Vocational Schools 1 Sidoarjo academic year 2015/2016. Sampling techniques used the census it means of all members of the population was used as a sample. There are two instrument the instruments work practices industry achievement of about tests and instruments interest work be a mechanic of the survey. The result of this research shown that: (1) of the instrument achievement work practices industry there are 30 items worn with its mean value 75,71 and standard deviations 3,368 interest while the instruments work be mechanical there are 15 items being valid with its mean value 45,99 standard deviations 5,952 and reliability 0,784. (2) There is a positive connection between achievement work practices industry with interest work to be mechanical which has indicated by value rxy 0,518 ≥ r tabel 0,2369 P ≥ 0,05. (3) Is the between achievement work practices industry to interest work to be mechanical which has indicated by value the coefficients determination ( R2 ) is as much as 0,268. Based on these results so it is known that influence achievement work practices industry interest work to be a mechanic of 26,8 %.
