Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pendidikan karakter, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi tentang pendidikan karakter di SD Al-Hikmah Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data analisis menggunakan Miles and Huberman. Hasil menunjukkan (a) pendidikan karakter yang ditonjolkan nilai keislaman berdasarkan akhlaqul karimah, (b) pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran, kegiatan ektrakurikuler, dan kegiatan khas Al-Hikmah, (c) faktor pendukung pendidikan karakter yaitu dukungan yayasan Al-Hikmah dalam peningkatan profesionalisme pendidik, (d) faktor penghambat pendidikan karakter yaitu kebijakan pemerintah yang bertentangan dengan sekolah, (e) stakeholder mendukung program pendidikan karakter. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter Abstract The purpose of thus study describes the implementation of character education, supporting factors and obstacle factors of character education, plans, actions, and evaluations about character educations at Al-Hikmah Primary School Surabaya. The reseach method used qualitative description. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Analyzing data using Miles and Huberman model. The result show that (a) character education is concerned with islamic value that said akhlaqul karimah., (b) the implementation of character education implemented in learning, extracurricular activities and Al-Hikmah?s culture activities, (c) supporting factor of character education is the support of Al-Hikmah Foundation about teacher?s quality, (d) inhibiting factor of character education that goverment policy which against the school, (e) stakeholder supports character education program.
