Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Atmosphere terhadap Repatronage Intention di Café Gigglebox. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang berkunjung kepada Café Gigglebox dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun dan minimal berusia 18 tahun. Pengukuran menggunakan variabel Style, Lighting, Furnishing, dan Layout. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Style berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Repatronage Intention, (2) Lighting berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Repatronage Intention, (3) Layout berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Repatronage Intention, (4) Layout berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Repatronage Intention. Atmosphere secara keseluruhan tidak dapat memprediksi Repatronage Intention di Café Gigglebox.Kata Kunci: Atmosphere, Repatronage Intention, Café, Surabaya.Abstract: This study discusses the effect of Atmosphere on Repatronage Intention at Café Gigglebox.
