The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Altruism, Conscientiouness, Sportmanship, Courtessy, Civic Virtue, on Organizational Performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra, Medan. This study uses primary data obtained directly from the data source through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT Bank Sumut Tbk Medan. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The population in this study amounted to 157 people, with a sample of 61 respondents. The results showed that altruism had no influence on organizational performance. Conscientiouness has no influence on. organizational performance on employees. Sportmanships has a significant effect on organizational performance. Courtessy has a significant effect on organizational performance. Civivvirtue has no influence on organizational performance. R2 value of 0.943 means that the ability of altruism, conscientiouness, sportmanships, courtesy, and civiv virtue in explaining organizational performance is 94.3% while the remaining 5.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research model such as organizational commitment .
