Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Snowball Throwing terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS siswa

Abstract

The problem in this study was the low student learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Jojog on social studies. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the significant effect of the application of the snowball throwing cooperative learning model to student learning outcomes. This study uses an experimental approach to the non-equivalent control group design research design. The population of this study was 40 students. The research sample of 40 respondents. The instrument used was a test item. The data analysis technique used a statistical test of sparated variance t-test that was started with normality and homogeneity test. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the application of the snowball throwing cooperative learning model to the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Jojog. Tcount value of 3.82, while ttable of 2.042. The comparison shows (3.82 2.042) means that Ha is accepted. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Jojog pada IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 orang responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik t-test sparated varians yang diawali dengan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Jojog. Nilai thitung  sebesar 3,82, sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,042. Perbandingan tersebut menunjukan (3,82 2,042) berarti Ha diterima. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, snowball throwing.
